The Ohio State University: Football Performance Intern - Summer 2009 Description: The Ohio State University is accepting applications for the position of Football Performance Intern for the 2009 summer quarter. There is one position available and the position will start on May 15 and run through July 24, 2009. This is a highly competitive and demanding internship. The daily responsibilities will include: 1. Assisting with supervision and execution of strength training, speed, and conditioning programs for Ohio State Buckeye football. 2. Attending to the daily maintenance of the training facilities. 3. Participation in various projects. Compensation: Division I Intercollegiate experience, earned recommendation toward further success as a Strength & Conditioning Coach, and college credit toward graduation if applicable. Qualifications: Required: strong work ethic, highly motivated; Must be of senior status in a bachelor's degree program geared toward Exercise Physiology or a related field; CPR certification.
