North Dakota State: Graduate Assistant, North Dakota State University seeks a qualified individual preferably with collegiate experience. Applicants must have a strong desire to pursue a career in strength and conditioning. Primary responsibilities include, assisting the Strength staff in all phases of the program. Secondary responsibilities with be working with assigned sports. Bachelor's degree in a related field required, CSCS preferred. Minimum GPA: 3.0. Tuition waiver, $7,300 stipend. Winthrop University: Winthrop University, a Division I member of the Big South Conference and located in Rock Hill, South Carolina, is seeking candidates for the position of Graduate Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach beginning in Fall, 2009. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field; CSCS or CSCCA certification preferred. CPR certification and college weight room experience are strongly desired. Expectations for this position include but are not limited to assisting strength coaches in all areas of the program as well as daily upkeep of the weight room. To be considered for the position the candidate must be admitted to the Graduate School at Winthrop University.
