Kent State University: is seeking a qualified, highly motivated graduate assistant candidate to assist the Strength and Conditioning staff in all aspects of the program. Duties will include but are not limited to assisting the Strength and Conditioning staff with student athletes, as well as designing and implementing programs for student athletes. A Bachelor's degree is required. A qualified candidate preferably has 1-3 years experience in the collegiate setting and is certified through the NSCA, CSCCa, or USAW. The position will include full-time graduate school tuition and a monthly stipend. Virginia Commonwealth University: Basketball Strength & Conditioning department is accepting applications for the position of Intern for the Summer Training Session (8 weeks, June and July) Responsibilities will include assisting with supervision of weight room activities and conditioning sessions, nutrition counseling, and facility maintenance. Compensation: Division 1 Intercollegiate experience, earned recommendation toward further success in strength & conditioning field, and college credit toward graduation if applicable. University of South Carolina: Football Strength and Conditioning department are accepting applications for the position of Football Intern for the Summer Training session (10-weeks). There are two positions available. This is a highly competitive and demanding internship. The daily responsibilities will include: 1. Assist with supervision and execution of strength training, speed, and conditioning programs. 2. Attending to the daily maintenance of the training facilities. 3.
