Texas Tech University: Football Strength and Conditioning department is accepting applications for the position of Graduate Assistant for the 2010-2011 school years. This is a highly competitive and demanding position. The daily responsibilities will include: 1. Clean up and maintenance of the facility and all its equipment/implements. 2. Setup and break down of weight room and field for football workouts/conditioning. 3. Assisting full-time staff with implementation of workouts (coaching proper technique, etc) - Texas Tech University is an equal opportunity employer. Qualifications:Must have a bachelors degreeand working towards nationally-accredited strength and conditioning certification from (CSCS,USAW, CSCCA, etc.) Must have CPR/AED certification; Prior strength coaching experience and/or collegiate playing experience is preferred. Compensation includes: Credits toward Master Degree. There will also be a monthly stipend.
