Mississippi State University: Mississippi State University Strength & Conditioning Department is seeking applications for the position of Graduate Assistant Strength to the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach. The daily responsibilities will include: Assisting with supervision and execution of strength training programs. Teaching student athletes proper techniques and equipment use. Attending to the daily maintenance of the training facilities. Some weekend work will be required. Qualifications: Must have a strong work-ethic and have a desire to become a strength and conditioning professional. Must have a bachelors degree and a certification from one of the following. (NSCA, CSCS; CSCCA, SCCC; USAW) Requirements include the ability to communicate well with coaches and athletes. Ball State University: Graduate Assistant, Ball State Athletics is seeking one qualified, highly motivated individual preferably with collegiate coaching experience for position of Graduate Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach. Applicants must have a strong desire to pursue a career in strength and conditioning. Primary responsibilities include, assisting the Head Strength Coach for Football as well as the football staff in all phases of the year round strength and conditioning program. Bachelor's Degree required. Position offers a tuition waiver, plus a monthly stipend. Application deadline is April 31st.
