University of West Florida: Graduate Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach. The University of West Florida is seeking a qualified, highly motivated graduate assistant candidate to assist with implementation and supervision of strength and conditioning programs for 13 intercollegiate sports. Duties will include but are not limited to assisting the strength and conditioning staff with the implementation of sport-appropriate strength, speed, agility, flexibility and conditioning programs for all sports and working with safety and risk management. A Bachelor's degree and acceptance into the University of West Florida's graduate program are required. Qualified candidates will preferably be certified through the NSCA, CSCCa, or USAW. Mentorship opportunity for qualified CSCCa candidates is available. Compensation: tuition waivers and a stipend.
