University of Louisville: Strength & Conditioning Department is now accepting applications for the position of Football Strength and Conditioning Volunteer Intern. Daily responsibilities will include but are not limited to; Assisting with supervision and execution of strength training programs, teaching student athletes proper technique and equipment use, attending to the daily maintenance of the training facilities and participation in weekly projects and professional development throughout the internship program. Compensation: Division 1 experience with earned recommendation for future career opportunities. No monetary compensation will be provided. Candidates must have a strong work-ethic and have a desire to become a strength and conditioning professional. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree or be in the last semester of course work for undergraduate degree in exercise physiology or related field of study. Certification from one or more of the following (NSCA, CSCS; CSCCA, SCCC; USAW) are preferred but not required.
