Penn: Our sources tell us University of Pittsburgh assistant strength coach Stephen Brindle accepted an assistant strength position at the University of Penn.

Morgan State University: Accepting applications for Fall 2010 Intern. Position will run from August 23, 2010 to December 15, 2010. Responsibilities will include 1.) Assist with development and implementation of sport specific strength & conditioning programs. 2.) Office and organizational duties. 3.) Maintenance of equipment and training facilities. 4.) Other duties as assigned by strength & conditioning staff. Required qualifications: currently pursuing bachelors/masters in exercise science or a related field, certified in CPR/First Aid, and strong desire to become a College Strength & Conditioning Coach. Preferred qualifications: proficient in Microsoft word and excel, currently pursuing NSCA, USAW, or CSCCa certification(s) Compensation: This is a volunteer position. No stipend or housing is offered. Individual will gain experience in a division I college strength & conditioning setting as well as future recommendation. College credit will be given as approved by their institution.
