Massachusetts Maritime Academy: The Massachusetts Maritime Academy is looking to hire a Strength & Conditioning Coach for Football and other assigned sports for the 2019-20 Academic year. This is a paid position which includes a $5,000 stipend per semester room & board could also be available. In conjunction with our Head Strength Coach/Trainer, the S&C coach will design, oversee and lead workouts while providing leadership and instruction for the student-athletes for all sports. This will include skill analysis, teaching proper technique, and providing feedback to ensure the maximum development of athletic potential. The S&C will assist the football staff with all aspects of training and other duties as assigned by the Head Coach. Job Requirements: Certification from nationally recognized organization (CSCS, CSCCa, USAW, etc.). Excellent work ethic. Ability to adapt to schedule changes. Team Player. West Alabama: Ellis Spratlin has been hired as the strength and conditioning coordinator at West Alabama after most recently working at Reinhardt (NAIA - GA) in the same role.
