Marshall: Marshall University (Olympic Sports) is looking to hire a Full-Time Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach. This person will be considered the lead assistant and will be responsible for programming for 2-4 teams. Required Qualifications include; Bachelor’s Degree, CSCS or SCCC certified, CPR/First Aid/AED certified. Preferred Qualifications include; Master’s Degree, 1-3 years of experience with basketball. Duties will include but are not limited to; programming for teams assigned by the Director of Strength and Conditioning, assisting with the internship program, and weight room organization and upkeep. Maine: Jon Lynch has been promoted to director of sports performance and will assume responsibility for the football program.

Central Connecticut State: CCSU is looking for a paid strength and conditioning intern. Description: Assist Head Strength and Conditioning Coach with supervision of 17 Division 1 teams. Applicant will be responsible for design, implementation and supervision of 2-4 teams as assigned by the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach. Qualifications: Must have experience teaching Olympic lifts and other strength exercises. Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or fitness related field. Applicant must be SCCC and/or CSCS or currently in the process of becoming certified Personal qualities desired are professional, dependable, good people skills and judgment, with exceptional communication and organizational skills Compensation: $ 15000 per year. Possibility of tuition waiver after one year of employment. Deadline: Review of applicants will begin immediately and continue until position is filled. Start date is immediately.
