Yale (FCS - CT): The Yale Football Sports Performance Staff is looking for qualified and hardworking Fall 2017 interns with a strong passion for College Football and Sport Performance to work with the Yale Football Team and in the Varsity Weight-Room. These positions are unpaid, but provide valuable experience, and will begin August 14th. Preferred candidates should be working towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in or related to the field of Exercise Science. This is an NSCA accredited internship site, thus, candidates must possess a certification or membership through the NSCA, or be doing the internship for college class credit. Upon completion of the internship, the NSCA will award 2.0 CEUs to each candidate. An NSCA-CSCS, CSCCa, or USAW Certification is preferred but not required. Dakota State (NAIA - SD): Dakota State has animmediate opening for the head coach in the strength and conditioning/sports performance. Teaching will be part of the job so having a Masters in Physical Education or Exercise Science will be extremely helpful. Having your CSCS certification is definitely a requirement. Bacone (NAIA - OK): Bacone College is seeking applicants for a Head Strength and Conditioning Coach. This position is a full time 12 month appointment with benefits. The successful applicant will oversee all strength and conditioning for all athletes at competitive NAIA program. Responsibilities include designing sport specific programs and implementing proper training techniques. NSCA certification as well as a Bachelors degree is required.
