Kent State: The Kent State University Sports Performance Department is currently accepting applications for 3-4 volunteer interns, specifically for Football, during the summer of 2017. Qualifications: Ideal candidates will possess a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a strong desire to become a Sports Performance Professional. Must be used for class credit through any institution. Compensation: This is an unpaid voluntary position. Candidates will gain Practical experience training Division-1 athletes, exposure to sports nutrition, program design, professionalism, and have the potential to earn recommendation towards future employment in the field. Successful completion of the summer internship may lead to an extension with the program into future semesters.
