Incarnate Word (FCS - TX): Bret Huth, who had been serving as the director of strength and conditioning, has been promoted to assistant athletic director / strength and conditioning.

Abilene Christian (FCS - TX): Abilene Christian University is currently accepting applications for VOLUNTEER Strength & Conditioning interns for Spring 2021. No monetary, housing, or food compensation will be provided. The internship will last from January 6 – April 30. Interns will gain practical experience working in a Division 1 S&C environment under the guidance of an approved CSCCa mentor. Minimum requirements include an unwavering work ethic, a desire to become an industry professional, the ability to adjust to a demanding work schedule, and effective communication and leadership skills in a group setting. Other preferred qualifications include certification from a recognized governing body (CSCCa, NSCA, USAW), previous intern or coaching experience, personal involvement in a competitive sport, and proficiency with computer productivity applications. Responsibilities will include assisting with team training sessions, daily, weekly, and semester long professional development assignments, facility maintenance, and other tasks as designated by the S&C staff.
