Fresno State: Stanford assistant Andy Ward has agreed to become the new head strength coach at Fresno State sources tell FootballScoop. This was Ward's sixth season working with Stanford football.

Southeast Missouri State: Southeast Missouri State University, located in Cape Girardeau, MO is a member of the Division 1 FCS level and Ohio Valley Conference, is looking to hire a Football ONLY strength and conditioning coach. To provide expertise, guidance, and training in the area of strength training, physical and mental development for student-athletes in the sport of Football only. Coordinate all facets of the strength & conditioning program for the football program, including the design and implementation of year round strength, and conditioning programs for the student-athletes. Southern Illinois: SIUE is looking to hire a part-time assistant strength and conditioning coach. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: assisting the head and assistant strength coaches in the design and implementation of training programs; weight room supervision; daily upkeep and maintenance of equipment; and other duties as assigned by the head strength and conditioning coach. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree in exercise science or related field; Current First Aid and CPR certification; Certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA-CSCS) or through the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association (CSCCa-SCCC). One or more years of strength and conditioning experience at the collegiate level is strongly preferred. This is an extremely quick hire, start date for this position will be January 9, 2017.
