Louisiana-Monroe: ULM is looking to hire an assistant director of strength and conditioning that will work under the direction of the Director of Strength and Conditioning. The successful candidate will assist in the coordination, development, and implementation a successful strength and conditioning program for the University of Louisiana at Monroe’s athletic department. They will also provide proper and safe instruction in equipment usage, speed development, and evaluation of student athletes. The assistant director will provide supervision and monitor activities of 3-4 graduate assistants and any student personnel that may be hired. SALARY & BENEFITS: Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. CLOSING DATE: Review of applications will begin on August 5, 2013 and will continue until position is filled. NSCA or CSCCA certification and background in nutrition is preferred. 

Gardner-Webb: Gardner-Webb University is seeking a Graduate Assistant strength and conditioning coach. Applicant must possess a strong knowledge of teaching technique of Olympic-style lifting exercises. Introduce and teach the objectives of each training phase to student-athletes. Duties will include assisting with the day to day Football program as well as covering assigned Olympic sports by the Director. Requirements: Bachelor's degree required; In a related field preferred. Certified by CSCS, CSCCa, or in the process of sitting for the exam.
