Jesuit College Prep (Dallas, TX): The Jesuit College Prep of Dallas Department of Athletic Performance is currently accepting applications to fill the role of Assistant Director of Athletic Performance. This is a full-time position with competitive pay including full benefits. The candidate will assist with all facets of athletic performance ranging from strength, conditioning, and flexibility to sports nutrition and basic sport psychology. The Assistant Director will also oversee the Performance Education program designed to educate our student athletes on the lifestyle and demands placed on them being athletes. Extensive knowledge in these key areas is paramount. A Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) or an equivalent certification is preferred. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree, Master’s is preferred. Candidates must possess 2 years of experience in training large teams or athletic organizations. This qualified individual will oversee the design and implementation of our Performance Education curriculum.
