Western Michigan: The Western Michigan University Olympic Strength and Conditioning Department is seeking highly motivated candidates to fill the internship positions for the Fall of 2014. Daily responsibilities will include the following: 1. Assisting with supervision and implementation of strength training programs for the Olympic sports 2.Tending to daily maintenance of the training facilities 3.Learning the basics of Annual planning/programming. 4. Testing and monitoring of the athletes training program. 5. Any other duties specified by the Director of the program. This is a non-paid position. Qualifications: Currently pursuing bachelors/masters in exercise science or related field, certified in CPR/First Aid, and a strong desire to become a Collegiate level Strength and Conditioning Coach.
