Western Kentucky: We hear Irele Oderinde has left South Carolina (where he was working with the basketball program) to join Duane Hall's staff at Western Kentucky. 

UNC Asheville: University of North Carolina Asheville Strength & Conditioning Department is now accepting applications for the position of Strength and Conditioning VOLUNTEER INTERN. Daily responsibilities will include but are not limited to; assisting with supervision and execution of strength training programs for various sports, teaching student athletes proper technique and equipment use, attending to the daily maintenance of the training facilities, participation in weekly projects, and professional development throughout the internship program. Preferred qualifications: Senior status or completion of a bachelor's degree in kinesiology, physical education, exercise science or related field; SCCC, CSCS or USAW certification; CPR certification. Interns will receive experience working for a highly competitive Division I University, have the potential to earn recommendations for future career opportunities, and receive college credit if applicable. Candidates must have a strong desire to become a strength and conditioning professional. There is no stipend for this position. Inquiries must be received by July 1, 2012 for the Fall Semester 2012.
