The Varsity Boys Football Coach is responsible for leading, developing, and managing the high school football program. Responsibilities include planning and conducting practices, coaching games, developing game strategies, fostering discipline and teamwork, and promoting a positive and sportsmanlike team culture. The coach is expected to mentor student-athletes, support their growth on and off the field, and ensure compliance with all school, league, and MIAA athletic policies.
