The highest-paid running backs coaches in college football: 2024 edition (Highestpaid2024)

Our annual tour of assistant coaching salaries takes us to the running backs, where Frank Wilson is at the top for what feels like the millionth year in a row.

The vast majority of running backs coaches are wearing multiple hats, as co-coordinators, associate or assistant head coaches, run game coordinators, recruiting coordinators or special teams coordinators. A lot of coordinating, but we count only two offensive coordinators who also coach running backs.

Salary information comes from open records, media reports and, when applicable, the USA Today coaching salary database.
