San Francisco 49ers: Longtime NFL assistant Chris Foerster has taken a job with the San Francisco 49ers, according to Jenna Laine of ESPN. Foerster’s hiring was not announced by the club and he is not listed on the team’s website, but Laine reports he joined the team over the summer to assist the staff with game-planning. Foerster coached in the NFL continuously from 1992 through his resignation from the Miami Dolphins in 2017 after video surfaced showing him snorting a white powdery substance.
