Appalachian State: Per multiple reports, former Western Kentucky offensive coordinator Junior Adams is joining the staff as wide receivers coach.

Wilmington (D-III – OH): Wilmington College is looking to fill an assistant position coaching CBs. This is an intern (no graduate school) position that pays a stipend for a 10 month period and includes housing and meals. This coach will coach his own position, recruit own area and may have additional duties assigned by the Head Coach. Candidates who have recent playing experience or coaching experience with DBs, specifically CBs are preferred. Some interviews will be conducted at the AFCA Convention in San Antonio, TX. Southern Miss: Offensive line coach Erik Losey and head strength and conditioning coach SaJason Finley will not return, according to the Biloxi Sun Herald.
Pat Fitzgerald: As Fitz declared after their bowl win, his agent Bryan Harlin reiterated today, he will not be a candidate for any NFL jobs (via: Teddy Greenstein).
Ball State: Mike Neu has hired Grady Brown as defensive backs coach. Brown coached corners at Louisville last season and previously coached at South Carolina.
Florida State: Special teams coordinator Alonzo Hampton has been let report tweets Bruce Feldman.
Georgia Tech: Alabama offensive line coach Brent Key is expected to be the final assistant that completes Geoff Collins’ staff, per the AJC. Key is a former four-year starter on the Georgia Tech offensive line.
Miami: Former Houston head coach Major Applewhite will be named the new offensive coordinator on Manny Diaz’s staff, per Stefan Adams and CanesInsight; however, sources tell FootballScoop that report is premature. Major is a candidate; but no decision or offer has been made.
Minnesota Vikings: The Vikings are working to sign special teams coach Mike Priefer to a new deal, per Alex Marvez.

Fitchburg State (D-III – MA): Head coach Jim McGuire has announced that Mark Sullivan is the team’s new defensive coordinator. Sullivan previously served as the defensive coordinator and defensive backs coach at Nichols College (D-III – MA).
Southeast Missouri State (FCS): Southeast Missouri State University has an immediate opening for a full-time offensive assistant coach. Coaching responsibilities to include, but not limited to, an offensive skill position. Coaching and playing experience at FBS, FCS and/or Division II is preferred. Northwestern Oklahoma State (D-II): Northwestern Oklahoma State University is seeking candidates for an offensive graduate assistant position. Candidates with coaching and/or prior collegiate playing experience are strongly preferred. In addition to running meetings and practice for their assigned position, this position coach will be given a recruiting area, help with hosting recruiting visits, assist coordinator with game and practice plans, data entry/editing for film and recruiting database, and assist the Head Coach and Coordinator as necessary. This is stipend position, with room/board and a tuition waiver for the completion of a Master’s degree also provided. Montana State-Northern (NAIA – MT): Montana State-Northern is seeking applicants for the position of assistant football coach for defense (defensive line) to begin immediately. Preferred candidates will have prior experience playing/coaching on the defensive side of the ball, preferably with the defensive line. Candidates will be responsible for coaching their own position group, a recruiting area, film editing/breakdown (HUDL), and all other duties assigned by the head football coach/defensive coordinator. A bachelor’s degree and valid driver’s license is required. This is a restricted earnings position that will pay $9,500. Detroit Lions: Offensive assistant Derius Swinton will not return, according to multiple outlets.
Montana Tech (NAIA): Montana Tech has an immediate opening a defensive intern / restricted earnings coaching position. Primary responsibilities include assisting the head coach in all phases of the football program. Other responsibilities include coaching a position. Must be proficient in using Hudl Video Editor, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with film breakdown and data entry is a must. A monthly stipend will be provided as well as a portion of housing. This is an entry level position. Georgia Tech: Geoff Collins has now announced Larry Knight (defensive ends / outside linebackers), Jim Panagos (defensive line), Chris Wiesehan (tight ends / offensive special teams) & Ryan Horton (director of applied science). All four comes from Temple.
Buffalo: The Bills have parted ways with special teams coordinator Danny Crossman.
Tulsa: Linebackers coach Joseph Gillespie is being promoted to defensive coordinator.

Northwestern: Former Arkansas offensive line coach Kurt Anderson is being promoted to offensive line coach at Northwestern Adam Rittenberg has tweeted. Anderson spent this past season as an analyst on Pat Fitzgerald’s staff.
Carroll (NAIA – MT): Jim Hogan, who spent 19 years on staff coaching as an assistant at Carroll under Mike Van Diest, has joined the Capital HS (Helena, MT) staff as offensive line coach. Hogan spent last season away from coaching to spend more time with his family.
Fordham (FCS – NY): Fordham University is seeking an offensive assistant coach, coaching the wide receivers. This is a full-time position. Interested applicants should submit a resume and references to Director of Football Operations, Evan Ostrow, at [email protected].
UConn: The program has announced the addition of Darrell Perkins as defensive backs coach. Perkins recently wrapped up his third season as co-defensive coordinator / defensive backs coach at Fordham (FCS – NY).
Central Methodist (NAIA – MO): Central Methodist University is accepting applications for a graduate assistant working with the defense, linebackers or rovers. This position includes tuition, stipend, and on-campus housing (optional). The responsibilities include coaching a position, practice/game preparation, responsible for all social media content, recruiting, equipment, video, film breakdown, data entry, and other duties assigned by the head coach or defensive coordinator. Louisville: Source tells FootballScoop Scott Satterfield is planning to bring two strong recruiters back to Louisville, hiring both Cort Dennison and Stephen Field away from Oregon. Sources tell us Dennison is expected to coach outside linebackers at Louisville (and have co-defensive coordinator title) while Field is expected to oversee recruiting. Before being hired by Mario Cristobal, Dennison was Louisville’s inside linebackers / recruiting coordinator. Field spent 2017 as Louisville’s director of high school relations. Dennison, we’re told, is a done deal. Field has been offered the position at Louisville; but sources tell us he has not finalized his decision. Stay tuned….
Independence CC (JC – KS): Independence Community College is seeking several assistant coaches – 2 offensive assistants and 2 defensive assistants who will be unpaid positions and offer housing and meals. We are also looking to hire an unpaid Equipment manager who will be in control of our apparel, and daily operations in the equipment area. This is a part-time position with housing provided. We are looking to hire a full-time LBs coach on defense, the candidate will be responsible for coaching the LBs, recruiting, film-breakdown, scouting reports, off campus recruiting, and other duties as assigned by the Head Coach. Cincinnati Bengals: Patriots offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels is passing on the opportunity to interview with the Bengals, per a report from Mike Garafolo.
Kennesaw State (FCS): Source tells FootballScoop The Citadel defensive coordinator Blake Harrell is expected to join Brian Bohannon’s staff at Kennesaw State in the same capacity. Harrell has been at the Citadel the past five seasons. Prior to joining the staff at the Citadel, Harrell was at Lenoir-Rhyne.

Texas Tech: Antonio Huffman, a former Texas Tech corner who spent the past sevens seasons as director of operations and assistant AD on Mike Leach’s Washington State staff, is returning to Texas Tech as the chief of staff for Matt Wells, Don Williams tweets.
Linfield (D-III – OR): Brett Elliott has joined his alma mater’s staff as co-offensive coordinator. Elliott spent last season coaching the quarterbacks at Texas State, and the season before that mentored the quarterbacks at Mississippi State.
Madonna (NAIA – MI): Madonna University, a new NAIA program in Michigan, has announced that Baldwin Wallace (D-III – OH) Brian Foos is the program’s first head coach.
Denver Broncos: Due to scheduling issues and the playoff schedule, Zac Taylor will interview today, Mike Munchak will interview on Friday, Brian Flores on Saturday, and Vic Fangio on Monday, per Jeff Legwold.
James Madison (FCS – VA): Grant Cain is expected to join Curt Cignetti’s staff at JMU as special teams coordinator / tight ends coach, sources tell FootballScoop. Cain most recently served as assistant head coach / special teams coordinator / linebackers coach at Mercer (FCS – GA).

McNeese State (FCS – LA): Per source, former Navarro College (JC – TX) head coach Jim Gush has been hired as the team’s defensive coordinator. Gush previously spent six seasons as an assistant linebackers coach and defensive recruiting coordinator at Baylor and has also coached the linebackers at Kansas State and been a head coach and defensive coordinator at the junior college level.
Arizona: DeMarco Murray will coach the team’s running backs. The news was first reported a few weeks back.
