Georgia Tech: Former Central Michigan offensive coordinator Chris Ostrowsky is now at Georgia Tech as the senior offensive advisor. Prior to CMU, Ostrowsky was the head coach at Northern Michigan (D-II) for five seasons.

Penn State: Source tells FootballScoop that director of football administration Kevin Threlkel has been promoted to assistant AD and chief of staff for football and that former Arizona DFO Ben Kerr has joined the Penn State staff as director of football administration.

Florida Memorial (NAIA – FL): Timothy S. Harris Sr. has been announced as new head coach of the program. Harris has spent over two decades coaching in South Florida communities, including the last three seasons at Booker T. Washington HS (Miami, FL), and also previously spent two stints at Miami (FL), first as the assistant director of football operations (2003-14) and then as the running backs coach (2014-16).
St. Thomas (D-III – MN): Source tells FootballScoop that Penn State assistant athletic director and chief of staff Jemal Griffin is leaving to take senior associate athletics director position at St. Thomas.
