Georgia Tech: Athletic director Dan Radokovich has met with head coach Paul Johnson about improving the contract of the first year head coach.
Kansas State: Sources tell FootballScoop that Bill Snyder is interested in hiring Arizona assistant coach Dana Dimel. Dimel coaches the running backs and tight ends at the University of Arizona.
Miami (OH): We hear Miami (OH) is very interested in Harvard University head coach Tim Murphy.
Northwestern State: We hear Louisiana College head coach Dennis Dunn is in the mix of 5-10 legitimate candidates.
San Diego State: It appears San Diego State has narrowed its search to Dennis Franchione and UCLA defensive coordinator DeWayne Walker. We hear that Mike Martz of the San Francisco 49ers did express interest in the job.
Yale: Sources tell FootballScoop that Yale has contacted NY Giants quarterbacks coach Chris Palmer to gauge his interest in the head coaching position.

MINIMUM UALIFICATIONS:. achelor’s degree required; Minimum one year experience of collegiate football videography coordination with working knowledge of linear and digital technologies and proficiency in computer use required. Non-traditional work hours and travel required. SUMMARY OF POSITION DESCRIPTION: Edits videotapes of practices and games in order to formulate cut-ups, load video footage to software programs, and break down opposing team films; organize video footage to assist in analyzing team strengths and weaknesses in order to develop team strategies; duplicates videotapes as needed for scouting, recruiting, and general purposes (i.e. highlight films); coordination of video exchange; assesses video equipment needs for department and makes recommendations for new or replacement equipment; plans and prepares for video technology advancements and equipment purchases to meet dynamic technology evolution; responsible for video repairs as necessary; convert video and editing system from linear to digital. Implements coaching and teaching methods to develop student-athlete’s athletic skills and analyze performance of student-athletes. Assists in planning and coordination of special events (i.e. game officials, NFL video, banquets, etc.); assist with coordination of team travel, game day operations, practice security, and field set-up.
