Faulkner (NAIA – AL): First year head coach Tommy Wasden will miss the final game of the season after experiencing a “medical incident” yesterday morning. The school notes that Wasden received medical treatment and is “recovering well,” and is expected to resume his regular duties soon. Passing game coordinator / quarterbacks coach Trey Dunbar will serve as the interim head coach in the meantime. “Faulkner asks for continued prayers for Wasden as he continues on the road to a full recovery,” the school shared in their statement.
