New England Patriots: The Patriots are cancelling their Friday practice after a positive COVID test, and the team is also awaiting to confirm the results of a second possible positive test as well, Mike Reiss tweets.

Kansas: The school shares that Les Miles has been cleared to return but has opted to not travel to West Virginia with the team, because “there is still too much unknown” about the virus. Details on that, and who is stepping into the head coach role in his absence, here.

Indianapolis Colts: The Colts had one player and three staff members “with troubling initial tests,” but all four have come back as false positives after a second run, Adam Schefter tweets. The Bengals and Colts game will kick off as scheduled Sunday at 1pm.

Arkansas vs. Auburn: The controversial ending to the Arkansas vs. Auburn game has led to a change in the replay process.

Nick Saban: At least one high profile college football analyst believes Nick Saban will not be quarantined come tomorrow and will be on the field for when the Crimson Tide face Georgia.

Atlanta Falcons: The team had no new positive tests from Thursday’s round of testing, and has been cleared to reopen their facility.

Indianapolis Colts: The Colts have made the decision to work remotely as they go through the process of confirming several initial positive test COVID tests.

DuPage (JC – IL): Head coach Matt Foster has announced his retirement, citing health reasons, effective in Spring 2021. Foster led the program to an impressive 44-22 mark during his time with the program. He previously served as the head coach at Wheaton North HS (IL) for 11 seasons before joining the North Central (D-III – IL) staff in 2008 as co-defensive coordinator, where he served until becoming the head coach at DuPage.
