Oklahoma State: Things are happening at Oklahoma State. First the President of the University issued a statement, now the AD has and he ended it with “The tweets from current and former players are of grave concern”.

Monday Night Football: Kirk Herbstreit and Chris Fowler “will likely” call Monday Night Football if the college football season is delayed reports Michael McCarthy. McCarthy adds that if college football season is played as scheduled, ESPN would likely choose from a shortlist of internal candidates, including Louis Riddick, Dan Orlovsky, Pat McAfee, Steve Levy, Dave Pasch, and Brian Griese to call MNF. Oklahoma State: Oklahoma State’s top offensive and defensive players are threatening to sit out after Mike Gundy was photographed wearing the T-shirt of a far-right TV network. There’s a lot going on here. Update> Oklahoma State’s President has tweeted a rather strong statement.
Southern Illinois (FCS): Mark Watson, who has coached at South Dakota, Western Illinois, USC, and Drake, has been hired to coach the Saluki wide receivers.
New York Giants: Southern Illinois (FCS) wide receivers coach Nick Williams has accepted an offensive quality control job with the Giants, per source.
Iowa: During his press conference today, Hawkeyes athletic director Gary Barta expressed confidence in Kirk Ferentz and noted that he believes the longtime Iowa head coach is “the right man to lead this program moving forward.”
Illinois College (D-III – IL): Illinois College is seeking applications to fill a restricted earnings position. This coach will serve as an Offensive Assistant with preference given to candidates with Wide Receiver experience. The position is a 10 month, $7,000, no housing or benefits included, however an inexpensive housing option is available and some meals. Wisconsin Lutheran (D-III): Wisconsin Lutheran College has an immediate opening for a defensive graduate assistant. Candidates will be responsible for coaching a position group, recruiting a geographical area, film breakdown/editing on HUDL, assisting with social media and other duties assigned by the Head Coach and Coordinator. Candidate must have a commitment to upholding the faith based academic and athletic mission of the college. Programs available are Masters of Arts (36 credits) in: High Performance Instruction, Leadership & Innovation, Instructional Technology, Special Education Leadership or Transition to a New Career in Teaching. The compensation package includes a $14,900 stipend, reduced tuition, and daily meals. Bachelor’s degree required. All candidates must have strong interpersonal skills, self motivated and the ability to work independently. Admission into Wisconsin Lutheran College’s Master of Arts in Education graduate program is required and selected candidate must successfully pass a background check. Kilgore (JC – TX): Kilgore College located in Kilgore, TX. Has an immediate opening for two-intern position (LBs and Offensive Skill Position) with housing, meals, and the possibility of compensation. The assistant coach is responsible for imputing practice, game, and opponent film into hudl, recruit their areas, and conduct their own position meetings. In addition, the assistant coach will be the Academic Coordinator working alongside the academic advisors and professor here at Kilgore College. Please email [email protected].

Michigan Tech (D-II): Walled Lake Western HS (MI) head coach Alex Grignon has accepted the tight ends job at Michigan Tech, per source.
Kilgore (JC – TX): Kilgore College has an immediate opening for an assistant football coach (offensive line). There will be a small stipend, housing and meals. The assistant coach is responsible for imputing practice, game, and opponent film into hudl. Also the assistant coach will be the Academic Coordinator working along side the academic advisors and professor here at Kilgore College. Wayne State College (D-II – NE): Wayne State College (NE) has an immediate opening for an Offensive Line/TE or Defensive Back graduate assistant. Previous experience coaching is preferred (OL/TE/DB). The position includes tuition, a $8,000 stipend and full tuition (18 credits a year). Candidates will be responsible for coaching a position group, recruiting a geographical area, film breakdown/editing on HUDL, and other duties assigned by the Head Coach and Coordinator. Louisiana-Lafayette: East Ridge HS (Clermont, FL) head coach Jason Robinson has stepped down from the head coaching job to accept an offensive quality control job at Louisiana-Lafayette, per source.
Warner (NAIA – FL): The Warner University football program is accepting resumes for our offensive line coach. We are looking for someone whose greatest desire is to build relationships as we are a relationship driven program. We desire someone who is well organized and can build a vision. Applicants that will be considered must: 1) have a Christian faith, 2) college offensive line experience, 3) provide a faith statement with their resume. Baylor: Caleb Young is joining the staff as an offensive quality control coach, Pete Thamel tweets. Young spent the past two seasons at LSU and worked in an off-field role with the linebackers.
Grand Valley State: Wayne State (D-II – MI) offensive line coach Scott Wooster has left to become the offensive line / tight ends coach at Grand Valley. He takes over for Tim Morrison who left after a decade on staff to take over the head coach / athletic director job at Clarion-Goldfield-Dow HS (Clarion, IA).
New England Patriots: Tyler Hughes has been added to the scouting department as a scouting assistant, Mike Reiss reports. Hughes is the former head coach at Snow (JC – UT) and Minot State (D-II – ND), and also previously served as a quality control coach at Ohio State under Urban Meyer.
Temple: Temple Football is looking for a Football Graphics / Coaches Video Graduate Assistant. Qualified applicants will need to be proficient in the use of social media marketing, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects), football video management (DVSport), and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Visio). Candidate must be accepted into a full-time Temple University graduate program. Texas: Longhorn football players are threatening to no longer participate in the recruitment of future players if the university does not support their list of demands for changes on campus and in the athletics department.
Bret Bielema vs. Arkansas: After Bret Bielema announced a lawsuit last week, the Razorbacks fired back saying that, in fact, he owes them a lot of money.
Central Missouri (D-II): The University of Central Missouri seeks a highly energized candidate for a Linebackers Graduate Assistant. Candidates will be responsible for coaching a position group, recruiting a geographical area, film breakdown/editing on HUDL, and other duties assigned by the Head Coach and Defensive Coordinator. The candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends. Compensation includes – Stipend, Tuition, and Meal plan. Qualifications: Required: Bachelor’s Degree (minimum 2.75 GPA) from an accredited institution, must qualify for and be accepted into a graduate program at the University of Central Missouri.
