Seattle Seahawks: Alonzo Highsmith has been added as a full-time member of the scouting department, and the team website lists him as a personnel executive. Highsmith previously worked as the VP of player personnel.

ESPN: Laura Rutledge is moving from SEC Network to the NFL Live desk, leaving Wendi Nix and Trey Wingo’s future with the network uncertain, according to the New York Post.

Atlanta Falcons: Former Colorado State co-special teams coordinator and tight ends coach Nick Jones is joining the team in a diversity coaching fellow role, and the AJC shares that former North Texas assistant strength coach Adam Potts has been named an assistant strength and conditioning coach

Cleveland Browns: The Browns have announced six coaches that will take part in the Bill Walsh Diversity Coaching Fellowship. On offense they’ll have Akron tight ends coach Chris Cook, Stephen F. Austin (FCS – TX) Leonard Hankerson, and Angela Baker (who has been a part of the women’s training camp with the Steelers the past three seasons). On defense, Holy Cross (FCS – MA), Bryant (FCS – RI) coaching analyst Elena Gigelevich, and Southeast Missouri State (D-II) defensive pass game coordinator Ray Smith Jr. will participate.

Canadian CFB: Following an announcement by the Canadian version of the NCAA, the Canadian college football season is almost completely canceled.

St. Andrew’s (NAIA – NC): St. Andrews University is accepting applications for graduate/restricted earning position for defensive backs / safeties coach. Previous coaching experience and playing experience is preferred. This position will be responsible for coaching their own position, recruiting their own area, video editing, and other responsibilities assigned by the head coach. Buffalo: Savon Huggins has joined the staff as a graduate assistant. Huggins previously coached the wide receivers at St. Peter’s Prep (NY).

Charleston Southern (FCS – SC): Charleston Southern University is seeking UNPAID Quality Control Assistants for: Offense, Defense, Special Teams, and recruiting. The ideal candidates would be local to the Charleston area and will be given the strongest consideration. Previous quality control assistants have obtained jobs at all levels. In these positions, you will gain tremendous experience and knowledge in working with a Division I FCS program. The people in these positions will primarily be responsible for assisting the coordinators along with any additional duties assigned by the Head Coach. You will also assist with on-campus recruiting activities, all team events, and other duties assigned. Knowledge of video editing using XOS, strong communication skills, and computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Visio are preferred. Applicants will be required to successfully complete an interview and background check. These are completely volunteer positions.There are no meals, housing, or stipend provided. St. Andrews (NAIA – NC): St. Andrews University is seeking applicants for a wide receiver graduate assistant or restricted earnings coaching position. Responsibilities include coaching a position, managing a recruiting territory, coordinating on-campus visits, Hudl video, scouting reports/breakdowns and other duties assigned by the head coach and offensive coordinator. Experience playing at college level is preferred. This position will offer a generous stipend along with housing and a meal plan. Clemson: Dabo Swinney has led Clemson’s rise by being relentlessly positive and unfailingly optimistic. Monday night found him in an unfamiliar position: on the defensive, as he released a 14-minute video responding to rumors, allegations and accusations.

Missouri Valley (NAIA): Missouri Valley College has an opening for an assistant coach / equipment coordinator (can be on defense or offense). Responsibilities include organization, inventory, distribution, collection, and maintenance of all equipment for the team. Coaching duties will include assisting with a position group, practice preparation, assisting with on-campus recruiting and any assignments delegated by the head coach. We are looking for a dedicated and detail oriented person who wants to complete a Master’s degree in either Counseling or Education. Proficiency in GoogleApps, Microsoft Excel, Word, Hudl, PowerPoint and other computer skills is a plus. This position compensates with an award of FULL TUITION and a MEAL PLAN. NCAA: The NCAA is reportedly close to approving a return-to-play schedule that would see some teams begin mandatory workouts as soon as July 6.

Augustana (D-II – SD): Augustana University has an immediate opening for an offensive graduate assistant. Previous experience coaching an offensive position is preferred (QBs / WRs). The position includes tuition, a $6,000 stipend and limited meal plan. The successful applicant must have a college degree and 3.0 gpa.
