Memphis: Source tells FootballScoop Memphis DFO Sam Curtis has accepted a position with Teamworks.
College of Sequoias (CC – CA): Travis Burkett has completed his staff for the upcoming season.
Washington State: The school has extended the contract of athletic director Pat Chun an additional year through 2025-26 with a base salary bump to $700k. Chun had been mentioned as a candidate for the Northwestern athletic director job but Northwestern wound up selecting an internal candidate for the position.
Hue Jackson: Once upon a time, Hue Jackson was making NFL head coach money. Now here’s his salary at his new job as the offensive coordinator at Tennessee State (FCS).
Alabama A&M (FCS): Per source, defensive ends coach Wilbert Gilmore has been relieved of his duties.
Assumption (D-II – MA): Assumption University is seeking 2 entry level assistant coaches; WRs and DL. Duties include, but are not limited to, coaching assigned position, assisting on special teams, and recruiting an assigned territory. Salary is 10k. NO campus housing is available. Carolina Panthers: Luke Kuechly, who had joined the scouting department as a pro scout after the announcement of his retirement, has resigned from the post, Ian Rapoport tweets.
Gannon (D-II – PA): Gannon is seeking 2 paid Intern Assistants (1 Offense and 1 Defense). Defensively seeking a candidate with DB experience preferably, Offensive position will go to best fit. In these positions, you will gain tremendous experience and knowledge about the coaching profession. The people in these positions will primarily be responsible for assisting the offensive and defensive members of the staff with all aspects of the job. You will be responsible for coaching your own position. You will also help in recruiting, video, and equipment for the team. These are stipend positions paying between $10-$12k over a 10-month contract. There is no housing or meals provided, but there is low-cost housing available close to campus. Howard Payne (D-III – TX): Howard Payne has three Graduate Assistant Coach openings, one on offense and two on defense. Positions will be responsible for coaching and managing their own position group along with having their own recruiting areas, as well as other duties assigned by the Head Coach. A bachelor’s degree and acceptance into a graduate program at Howard Payne is required. Collegiate-level playing or coaching experience is preferred. Cleveland Browns: Jim Noel is no longer with the Browns scouting department, Neil Stratton tweets.. He spent the past three years in Cleveland and previously worked with the Chiefs.
Southeast Missouri State (FCS – MO): Southeast Missouri State University is currently seeking to hire a Video Coordinator for the 2021-2022 season. Prior experience working at the collegiate level is preferred. Candidate should be proficient in XOS Thunder, DVSport 360 (Exchange), Hudl, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office and Google Drive. This position will coordinate practice and game filming, upload and intercut film, monitor and maintain video equipment, and maintain technology throughout the office. SEMO currently utilizes drones for filming and has a state-of-the-art technology at your disposal. This position will also assist with creative content related to the SEMO Football brand to be used for recruiting and social media purposes. This is a Video Coordinator position only with no coaching attached to the position. The Video Coordinator is paid a $900 monthly stipend and the position could possibly include a housing package. Iowa: Caleb Saunders has joined the Hawkeyes staff as director of creative media. He previously served as associate director of creative design at West Virginia.
Grambling (FCS – LA): Sources tell FootballScoop Grambling is hiring this Junior College head coach as the new offensive coordinator of the Tigers.

Stony Brook (FCS – NY): Stony Brook Football has an open video coordinator / creative content position. Job would require an understanding of all video editing needs for a Division I football program. Experience using XoS preferred but not mandatory. Full student-staff and state of the art technology at your disposal. A major part of the job is also creative content for branding and recruiting purposes. Everything from graphic creation to highlight videos will be part of the daily to-do list. John Carroll (D-III – OH): John Carroll Football is accepting applications for a volunteer Quality Control Assistant position on Offense. This position will also be responsible for working with a position group at RB, WR, or TE. Prior experience playing or coaching the position is preferred. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: opponent film breakdown and reports, Hudl uploading and intercutting, assisting with recruiting, tracking recruiting activity, and any other responsibilities assigned by the Head Coach and Coordinators. Candidates must have a strong background using the Microsoft Office Suite and some experience in Visio and Hudl/XOS/DVSport. This is a volunteer position with no stipend, housing, or meals. Taylor (NAIA – IN): Taylor, who competes in one of the toughest small school football conferences in NAIA, has decided to make a change at head coach.
Alma (D-III – MI): Sources tell FootballScoop that offensive line coach Mike Allison has resigned and is expected to become the head coach and athletic director at Newaygo HS (MI), pending board approval.
John Carroll (D-III – OH): John Carroll Football has an immediate opening for an unpaid Graphics & Content Manager position. This position will be responsible for working with the Staff to produce, design, and edit all digital content for the recruiting department and for distribution on John Carroll Football media platforms. This is a volunteer position, but will allow creative freedoms and the management of JCU Football digital content can be used to develop and expand resumes and portfolios. Morehead State (FCS – KY): Morehead State University is currently seeking a full-time WR Coach. Position includes coaching, recruiting, and administrative duties assigned by HFC. Eastern New Mexico (D-II): Eastern New Mexico University has two Graduate Assistant Coach openings, one on offense and one on defense. Positions will be responsible for coaching and managing their own position group along with having their own recruiting areas, as well as other duties assigned by the Head Coach. A bachelor’s degree and acceptance into a graduate program at ENMU is required. Collegiate-level playing or coaching experience is preferred. The graduate assistant coaching position allows for full tuition (the student is responsible for all fees associated with the classes) and a stipend. Masters of Sports Administration: Upper Iowa’s MSA degree provides learners with the current theories, concepts, and learning models necessary to assume administrative, coaching and leadership roles in high school, higher education and sports business settings. The online degree is available with emphasis in Sports Management or Coaching & Leadership Education.
Kansas: Lance Leipold is planning on bringing these seven assistant coaches from Buffalo to Kansas, per report.
Central Methodist (D-II – MO): Central Methodist University is accepting applications for two graduate assistant. One on offense (RBs) and one on defense (OLBs). The positions will include tuition, stipend, and on campus housing (optional) along with some meals. The responsibilities include coaching a position, practice/game preparation, responsible for recruiting, equipment, video, film breakdown, data entry, and other duties assigned by the head coach or offensive coordinator. NFL Draft: A new, better way to evaluate college football talent through the NFL Draft.
Thaddeus Stevens (JC – PA): Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology is currently seeking an Assistant Football Coach. The position includes a stipend, for interested candidates who are in a commuting distance from the school (Lancaster, Pa.). Coaching responsibilities to include but not limited to Linebackers. Experience playing and coaching Linebackers is preferred. Responsibilities include all aspects of the football program, including practice organization, academic support and recruiting.
