Texas A&M: We have learned that Merrimack College offensive line coach Ben Martin accepted the offensive quality control position on Mike Sherman's staff at Texas A&M.

Southern Miss: FootballScoop has learned that LSU assistant strength coach Grady Brown has accepted corners job at Southern Miss.

Georgia: Executive associate AD Frank Crumley has been appointed interim athletic director. UGA President Michael Adams said the search for a new AD could take between 6-12 months.

Southern Miss: FootballScoop has just learned that defensive backs coach Je'Ney Jackson has resigned his position to accept a strength position in Indiana.

Stevenson University: in Owings Mills, (Baltimore) Md. is seeking a Restricted Earnings Secondary Coach Bachelors degree required (Masters Preferred) plus 2 years of progressively responsible experience coaching defensive backs; significant coaching experience required or equivalent combination of education and experience. Thorough knowledge and understanding of NCAA and C.A.C. guidelines. Demonstrated skills in developing and motivating students both athletically and academically. Strong commitment to the values of a liberal arts education. Proficiency in computer use and relevant Microsoft applications. Valid driver license with good driving record required; must be insurable. Must pass comprehensive background examination.Compensation: $18,735 on a 9.5 month contract, university benefits including Medical Insurance.
