Kansas: Texas A&M receivers coach David Beaty is the "clear leader" and could be named head coach as early as this afternoon per Jon Kirby (Kansas' Rivals publisher). Per Kirby, Beaty was impressive during initial interviews and has separated himself from the others. Beaty is expected to be in Lawrence this afternoon. Back on November 2nd we gave our update on Kansas noting that we were told Beaty was a no-brainer for Kansas by some coaches.
