Miami: USF receivers coach Ron Dugans is headed to Miami in the same capacity.
Texas A&M: A&M has now officially announced the hiring of Noel Mazzone as offensive coordinator. UCLA quarterbacks coach Taylor Mazzone will also join the staff in a yet undefined capacity.
Miami Dolphins: The Dolphins have announced that they interviewed Doug Marrone.
UConn: Long time coach Don Patterson has announced his retirement. The long time Iowa and Western Illinois coach spent the past two seasons at UConn, this past season coaching the tight ends.
New Mexico State: Doug Martin has finally announced former BC head coach Frank Spaziani as defensive coordinator. Spaz agreed to a two year deal at $150,000 per.
Texas State: Per source, Everett Withers will bring a number of assistants from JMU including (JMU titles): co-OC Brett Elliott, RBs Adrian Mayes, DC Randall McCray, DL Vince Oghobaase, OLB Tyler Santucci, strength coach Aaron Burkart and director of operations John Streicher.
Detroit Lions: The Lions are hiring Patriots director of pro scouting Bob Quinn as their new general manger reports Ian Rapoport.
Tulsa: Philip Montgomery is dipping into the Baylor staff again, hiring Beau Trahan as quarterbacks coach and Jordan Najvar as offensive quality control. Montgomery will continue to serve as his own offensive coordinator.
USC: New defensive coordinator Clancy Pendergast will earn $850,000 in year one of a two-year contract according to Scott Wolf of the LA Daily News.
Georgia: Offensive coordinator Jim Chaney will make $850,000 on a three-year deal (through the 2018 season), according to Dawg Nation. Also, offensive line coachSam Pittman has a multi-year deal through the end of the 2018 season that will pay him $650,000 per year, and UGA will also pay his Arkansas buyout - a one-time payment of $250,000. Pittman was making $525,000 annually in the same position at Arkansas, which accounts for a raise of $125,000. Receivers coach James Coley has a two-year deal worth $450,000 per year. Kevin Sherrer (Sam linebackers and Star coach) and Tracy Rocker (associate head coach / DL / Will linebackers) have new two year deals as well.
Texas: Jordan Traylor, son of tight ends coach Jeff Traylor, has joined the staff as a graduate assistant.
Texas A&M: The Aggies have made the hiring of Scott Woodward as athletics director official.
Western Illinois: Per source, Charlie Fisher plans to hire Doug Malone as his offensive coordinator. Malone spent the past few seasons in the CFL most recently with the BC Lions.

Tennessee: Sources confirm to FootballScoop that Penn State defensive coordinator Bob Shoop is visiting with Butch Jones at Tennessee today. Shoop has an $800,000 buyout. If the two sides are able to work through that, sources tell FootballScoop there is a very good chance Bob Shoop will become the new defensive coordinator at Tennessee. Deal is not done at this time though.

North Texas: Louisiana-Monroe cornerbacks coach Nate Brown will join Seth Littrell's staff at UNT, according to the Monroe News-Star. Brown was one of two coaches retained by new ULM head coach Matt Viator.
Pittsburgh: Sources tell us Matt Canada will be the Panthers' new offensive coordinator. Read more here.
Ohio Dominican (D-II): Head coach Bill Conley will not return for a seventh season. The Columbus Dispatch reports that a breakdown in contract negotiations with the university as the reason. Conley went 46-21 in six seasons, including a GLIAC title in 2013.
San Diego Chargers: The Chargers have signed head coach Mike McCoy to a contract extension taking him through 2017, effectively adding a year to his previous deal, per Albert Breer.
Missouri State (FCS): Per source, Missouri State plans to hire Northern Iowa wide receivers coach Jason Ray in the same capacity. Ray previously coached the wide receivers at Oklahoma State. Also, wide receivers coach Mack Brown and offensive line coach Sean Coughlin have been promoted to the co-offensive coordinator role and Brown will move from wide receivers to quarterbacks.
Midland (NAIA - NE): Midland University has an immediate opening for a Graduate Assistant football coach. Must be accepted into a Midland University graduate program. This position would be responsible for either offensive or defensive skill position. The position includes tuition waiver, campus apartment housing, meal plan, and a monthly stipend. Eastern Michigan: Former UTSA defensive coordinator Neal Neathery has been formally announced as Eastern Michigan's defensive coordinator and linebackers coach.
Garden City CC (KS): We understand that Garden City head coach Jeffrey Sims will be interviewing candidates for the defensive coordinator position in San Antonio at the AFCA convention.
Memphis: Per source, Garden City Community College (KS) defensive coordinator Brian Michalowski, who has previously worked at Arizona State and Wyoming, has accepted a position on the Memphis staff.
Texas A&M: Noel Mazzone and Texas A&M have finalized a three-year deal to bring Mazzone on board as offensive coordinator, per Joe Schad. His son, UCLA quarterbacks coach Taylor Mazzone, will join the staff as well and coach the Aggie quarterbacks.
Pitt: Sources tell FootballScoop that former NC State offensive coordinator Matt Canada is visiting with Pat Narduzzi today. Will update....
Atlanta Falcons: The Falcons have announced that GM Thomas Dimitroff is staying and that owner Arthur Blank is confident in his leadership of the organization. Blank has released a statement that "a number of changes" will be coming in the pro personnel and college scouting departments.
ECU: Antonio King is joining the staff and will coach the running backs. King previously served as the head coach at Hillside HS (NC) where he went 72-20 in seven seasons leading the program.
Duke: Running backs coach / special teams coordinator Zac Roper will be the team's new offensive coordinator, David Cutcliffe has announced. In addition, James Harrell has been elevated to assistant director of player personnel, and LEx Butler is moving to player personnel coordinator.
Virginia Tech: Justin Fuente's staff salaries are as follows, as pointed out by Andy Bitter; DL coach Charley Wiles ($260k), secondary coach Torrian Gray ($260k), RBs coach Zohn Burden ($200k), assistant head coach / LBs Galen Scott ($308k), and offensive coordinator / QBs coach Brad Cornelson ($450k). Fuente was given a $3.4 million salary pool, and has distributed $3.343 million according to Bitter.
Tampa Bay Bucs: The Bucs will interview Panthers defensive coordinator Sean McDermott this weekend for their head coaching job, per Peter Schrager.

San Francisco 49ers: Browns offensive coordinator John DeFilippo is meeting with the Niners today about their head coaching job, per Adam Schefter. In addition, the organization has met with Chip Kelly and Bills running backs coach Anthony Lynn as well.
Texas Southern (FCS): Per source, Tom Anthony will be the defensive coordinator, John Montgomery will handle the offensive line, Armando Allen Jr. will coach the running backs, and Bill Elias will be the assistant head coach / recruiting coordinator.
North Park University (D-III - Chicago, IL): North Park University has an immediate opening for a defensive assistant / special teams coach. This is a full-time position with benefits. Applicants with prior college coaching experience will be given strong consideration. North Park University is a Liberal Arts, Christian College. The 2nd coach would assist with the WRs/QBs and assist with strength conditioning, academics, and video editing. These positions are for a young eager coach who has just finished his playing career who wants to get his feet wet in the profession. The position will include on campus housing and meals. The right candidate will get their own position group and recruiting territory. Playing or coaching experience at the collegiate level is preferred but not required.
