Our prayers are with Tulsa head coach Bill Blankenship and his family. Wednesday night coach Blankenship's father, Gerald, passed away. 

San Bernardino Valley College (CC - CA): San Bernardino Valley College is looking for a safety/linebackers coach. There is a $4,500.00 stipend. There may also be an opportunity to teach a class. Please contact John Shipp at 714-745-1628 if interested.

Central Methodist (NAIA - MO): Central Methodist University is seeking candidates for a graduate assistant opening. Successful candidate will have responsibilities of, but not limited to: position coaching, recruiting assignments, video breakdown (Hudl), equipment, and office duties. Candidates must have coaching/ playing experience, exposure to Hudl video editing, willingness to adhere to program expectations, a strong work ethic and must meet the admissions qualifications for the graduate program. Preference will be given to candidates with successful coaching and recruiting experience with specific backgrounds in wide receiver or defensive line. The compensation is a tuition waiver for graduate program as well as a stipend and possibility of housing. Butler (FCS - IN): Former Ball State defensive grad assistant Gerald Chatman has been hired to coach the defensive line. The hire completes Butler's staff.

Ohio Mid-Western College (USCAA): Former Central State (D-II - OH) head coach EJ Junior has been named defensive coordinator.

Midland (NAIA - NE): Midland University has two openings for graduate assistants (one offensive, one defensive). Positions include room, board, and tuition. Send letter of interest, resume, and references to Gehring@midlandu.edu.

Southern Miss: The University of Southern Mississippi is accepting resume’s for a player personnel/recruiting intern position. This is an unpaid position that will support the Office of Player Personnel/Recruiting. Compensation includes an earned reference for future opportunities within the a Player Personnel/Recruiting setting, and experience in a Division I setting. Kings College (D-III - PA): We are told that Kings College is not accepting applicants for the running backs position at this time.

Allegheny (D-III - PA): Kings College (D-III - PA) running backs coach Skyler Fultz has accepted the same position at Allegheny College.

Oklahoma: Athletic director Joe Castiglione and the entire assistant coaching staff have received raises and contract extensions, per Sooner Scoop. Castiglione's contract was extended through June 30, 2020 and will receive a raise of $100,000 to bring his salary to $1.03 million. The assistants all received contract extensions through May 31, 2015, except for defensive coordinator Mike Stoops who is under contract through January 31, 2017, and Josh Heupel who is covered through May 31 of 2016. The raises, which range from $46,000 to $300,000, are as follows; OL coach Bill Bedenbaugh ($370,000), STC and TE coach Jay Boulware ($325,000), RBs coach Cale Gundy ($350,000), co-OC Josh Heupel ($605,000), LBs coach Tim Kish ($325,000), DL coach Jerry Montgomery ($380,000), co-OC Jay Norvell ($455,000), strength coach Jerry Schmidt ($300,000), DC Mike Stoops ($850,000), and CBs coach Bobby Jack Wright ($350,000).

Henderson State (D-II - AR): Henderson State University has an opening for a defensive assistant. Masters degree required. Possible coordinator's responsibilities for the right candidate. Fond Du Lac Tribal and CC (MN): The football program at FDLTCC is looking to fill a variety of volunteer coaching positions for the upcoming season. Requirements include a genuine concern for the players as people first, an eagerness to work with a diverse team, and availability in the evenings each week as well as Saturday afternoons. Henderson State (D-II - AR): Per source,defensive coordinator Carey Baker has stepped down and accepted a position outside of coaching. We've heard nothing but great things about Baker over the years. We're sure he's making this move with a heavy heart; and we are certain he'll be missed.
