Ferris State (D-II - MI): Head coach Tony Annese has hired former Arena League head coach Sparky McEwen to coach the receivers. 

Western New Mexico: We hear receivers coach Ryan Scherling will be introduced as the new head coach at Buena HS (AZ) next week.

Syracuse: Head coach Doug Marrone has announced that he will coach the tight ends this season.

Portland State: College of the Canyons (JC - CA) defensive assistant Mike Scheper has joined the Portland State staff as defensive ends coach. 

Gardner-Webb University (FCS): Gardner-Webb, located in Boiling Springs, NC, is looking for a football game for the 2012 season. The dates available are September 29 or October 13. Glenville State (D-II - WV): We have learned that former Dubuque defensive assistant Alvah Hansbro has accepted the defensive backs job at Glenville State. 

Western New England (D-III - MA): Western New England has open dates for the 2013-2014 seasons (potentially into 2015-2016 if interested). The first game in the series to be played at the Western New England (Springfield, MA) on September 21, 2013 and away on September 20, 2014. If interested, please contact head coach Keith Emery at kemery@wne.edu.

Maine: We hear that Joe Harasymiak has been promoted to full-time defensive backs coach at Maine. 

Briar Cliff University (NAIA): We have learned that former Upper Iowa defensive line coach Justin Mohning has accepted the defensive coordinator position at Briar Cliff.

Lock Haven University (D-II - PA): Former Penn State secondary coach Kermit Buggs has joined the staff at Lock Haven as a volunteer assistant. Sources tell us he will become the defensive coordinator this Fall.
