Kansas:Vantz Singletary accepted the linebackers job. Singletary coached with Turner Gill at the University of Buffalo.
Memphis: We hear that Arkansas State director of football operations Jason Gregory has accepted an off the field job at Memphis.
Pace University: located in Pleasantville, NY (30 Minutes north of NYC) has an opening for an entry level part time defensive coaching position for the 2011 season. Prefer experience with OLB’s but will consider all good candidates. There will be a stipend based upon experience and skill set. There is no housing or benefits provided. The review of applications will begin immediately and the positions will be filled as soon as possible. This position will begin on August 1, 2011 and continue until the end of the season. Contracts are renewable for the spring semester. Duties will include recruiting, coaching a position/group, opponent scouting & video breakdown (HUDL), practice preparation, and other auxiliary duties as assigned by the Head Coach. Must have strong desire to coach at college level and be willing to manage an on field position in their game week preparation. UMASS: Head coach Kevin Morris has hired Andrew Dees as running backs coach / recruiting coordinator. Dees spent the past five seasons at Temple where he most recently served as offensive line / tight ends coach.
St. Olaf College (Minnesota): We hear former UW-River Falls assistant defensive backs coach Freddie Weinke accepted the running backs job at St. Olaf College.
