Maryland: Two sources tell FootballScoop that Maryland is close to landing a big-time head coach that still coaching this season. We are working to get more confirmation.

UC-Davis: Our sources tell us former Northern Colorado offensive line coach Brad Beddel has accepted the offensive line job at UC-Davis. Our source tells us that Tim Keane is moving to tight ends.

UCLA: Joe Schad reports Jaguars defensive backs coach Thom Kaumeyer is a candidate for the UCLA defensive coordinator job.

Pace University: Former St. Anselm College special teams coordinator / defensive backs coach (2009) Ted Florio accepted the defensive coordinator job at Pace University.

Northern Colorado: Mullen High School (CO) head coach Dave Logan has reportedly turned down the job.

Augustana College (IL): We have learned that Diablo Valley College wide receivers coach / special teams coordinator Zac Connors has accepted the offensive coordinator job at Augustana College.

Trinity Valley CC: Graduate Assistant position available immediately. Responsibilities include: assisting the Head football Coach in all aspects of an intercollegiate football program, coaching of an offensive or defensive position (defensive line preferred), recruitment of qualified student-athletes, organizing and conducting practices, film analysis and break down, and any other duties assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, strong organizational skills, ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with diverse constituencies. Strong computer skills preferred , along with college coaching and recruiting experience. Position includes a monthly stipend, room, meals and benefits.
