Northwestern State (FCS - LA): Missouri Southern head coach Daryl Daye will officially become the new defensive coordinator at Northwestern State on Thursday according to several coaches.

Wisconsin: Wisconsin has announced the hiring of Ted Gilmore as wide receivers coach.

Memphis: According to the News Star, Louisiana Monroe defensive coordinator / corners coach Troy Reffett has accepted the corners job at Memphis.

Boise State: Bryan Harsin has agreed to a five-year, $9.35 million contract extension according to multiple outlets. Harsin led the Broncos to a Mountain West title and Fiesta Bowl victory in his first season as head coach. Also, defensive coordinator Marcel Yates has agreed to a new three-year deal worth around $330,000 per year.

St. Ambrose (NAIA - IA): St Ambrose has a restricted earnings position open. The opening is on the defensive side of the ball. Special teams experience is a plus. The coach will be responsible for their own position group. Looking to hire best fit. The salary is $10,000 with no benefits. The position will begin on August 1st 2015. Looking for applicants that have a passion for coaching and the energy to perform all the duties associated with a full time coach. Susquehanna (D-III - PA): SU has announced the hiring of Matt Scott as defensive coordinator. Scott spent the past five seasons as Albany's outside linebackers coach, cornerbacks coach and special teams coordinator.

San Jose State: SJSU has now announced the hiring of Adam Stenavich as offensive line coach.

Carolina Panthers: Secondary coach Steve Wilks has been promoted to assistant head coach.

Georgia: Per source, Georgia plans to move running backs coach Bryan McClendon (the 2014 FootballScoop RB Coach of the Year) to wide receivers, and will hire Wisconsin running backs coach Thomas Brown to coach the Bulldog running backs. Update >>Georgia has now announced the moves, and added the McClendon will also add the title of pass game coordinator.

Wooster (D-III - OH): Head coach Frank Colaprete has filled his two coordinator positions with promotions within his staff. Zach Dennis, who has coaches the OL and WR in his five years on staff, has been promoted to offensive coordinator, and linebackers coach Sam Bauman will be the new defensive coordinator. Also, Chris Scheidt, who coached the receivers and tight ends at Rose Hulman (D-III - IN) the past three years, has been added to the staff.

New Mexico: In addition to hiring Al Simmons (see below), we hear that Bob Davie plans to promote offensive grad assistant Clay Davie to tight ends coach.

Point University (NAIA - AL): Per source, head coach David Rocker and his staff have been relieved of their duties.

Virginia Union (D-II): Per source, Elizabeth City State (D-II - NC) offensive line coach Bill Holt has joined the Virginia Union staff in the same capacity.

Georgia: Per source, Birmingham Southern corners coach Carter Blount has accepted a special teams quality control job with the Bulldogs.

John Carroll (D-III - OH): James Madison (FCS) defensive coordinator / linebackers coach Brandon Staley is returning to John Carroll (where he spent the 2013 season) as defensive coordinator.

Georgia: Chip Towers of the Atlanta Journal Constitution is reporting that Stanford running backs coach Lance Taylor will be the new receivers coach at Georgia. Update >>Sources tell us this is not the case and that Lance is not leaving Stanford.

Chattanooga: Per source, wide receivers coach / recruiting coordinator Will Healy has added the title of pass game coordinator and defensive line coach Marcus West has added the assistant head coach title.

Southwestern Assembly of God (NAIA - TX): Per source, Beau Grech will be the new defensive backs coach at SAGU. Grech coached the defensive backs last year at Hillcrest HS (MO).

Prairie View A&M: Willie Simmons has completed his staff as follows; Alex Jackson (OC / OL), Joseph Henry (TEs / video coordinator), Reggie Moore (WRs), KJ Black (QBs), Ralph Street (DC / DEs), Willie Mack Garza (LBs / STC), Joseph Nixon (DTs / recruiting coordinator), Bubba McDowell (assistant head coach / safeties), Brandon Sharp (CBs).

New Mexico: As we told you last week, former Colorado State co-defensive coordinator Al Simmons is joining the New Mexico staff.

Obic Seagulls (Japan): Jared Woodruff, who served as a grad assistant at Wyoming for two years before becoming the head coach at Bradshaw Mountain HS (AZ) in 2013, has been hired as the offensive coordinator / quarterbacks coach.
