North Carolina: Kentucky receivers coach Chad Scott will join the North Carolina staff coaching the tight ends, per sources.

Stephen F. Austin: Gary Crowton has been named offensive coordinator at SFA.

Montana: Per source, Nebraska special teams assistant Shann Schillinger is heading to Montana to coach the safeties and Travis Kneikamp is joining the staff to coach the linebackers. Also, we hear that secondary coach / special teams coordinator Jason Semore has been promoted to defensive coordinator.

Morehouse College (D-II - GA): The offensive coordinator and offensive line jobs are open at Morehouse. Please send resume’s to head coach Rich Freeman at rich.freeman@morehouse.edu.

Cincinnati Bengals: Former Dolphins offensive coordinator Bill Lazor has been hired to coach the quarterbacks and former Dolphins defensive coordinator Kevin Coyle will coach the defensive backs in Cinci. Also, the team has announced the addition of Jacob Burney, a 21-year NFL coaching veteran, as the defensive line coach.

USC: Texas running backs coach Tommie Robinson is joining the USC staff, per Scout and Rivals. Scout adds that Robinson will hold the run game coordinator title on Clay Helton's staff.

Philadelphia Eagles: The Eagles are interviewing Jim Schwartz for their DC position, per Ian Rapoport. Schwartz has also interviewed with the Jaguars for the same position.

Georgia Tech: Former player Tevin Washington has joined the staff as a graduate assistant working with the quarterbacks and B-backs. Washington takes over for Steven Sylvester, who accepted the running backs job at Jacksonville University.

James Madison: Sources tell FootballScoop Citadel head coach Mike Houston has agreed to become the new head coach at JMU. Update>>JMU has now announced the hire.

Kansas City Chiefs: The Chiefs are naming Brad Childress, who served in a consultant role last season, their new offensive coordinator according to multiple reports.

Indianapolis Colts: The Colts have named Brian Schottenheimer as their new quarterbacks coach and Shawn Terlecky as a defensive quality control coach. Schottenhiemer served as Georgia's offensive coordinator last season, and Terlecky was the assistant to the head coach the past three seasons, and was an intern at LSU prior to that.

Morthland (NCCAA - IL): Morthland College is no longer accepting applicants for their head coaching job. Thank you for the tremendous amount of interest in the position.

Iowa State: The program has announced that graduate assistant Derek Hoodjer and assistant strength coach Brett Bueker will both remain on staff.

Tennessee: Per source, the Vols have promoted Derek Day to a defensive quality control position and Nick Sheridan will now serve as a quality control working with the quarterbacks.

James Madison: Source tell FootballScoop that former Montana & UNLV head coach Bobby Hauck remains in the process with JMU. Will update once everything plays out.

Montana: Former Louisiana-Monroe co-defensive coordinator / linebackers coach Travis Niekamp will coach the linebackers on Bob Stitt's staff, per a report from SI.

Philadelphia Eagles: Former Chargers offensive coordinator Frank Reich is expected to join Doug Pederson's staff, per Ian Rapoport.

Scoop him up:Robert Ratliff is wrapping up his time as an offensive graduate assistant at Ole Miss where he has worked with the quarterbacks and wide receivers. Ratliff walked on to the Rebels program, eventually earning a scholarship and then a position as an administrative assistant for the program before being promoted to a graduate assistant role. In 2015, the Ole Miss offense ranked first in the SEC in scoring offense. Ratliff has worked alongside Hugh Freeze, Dan Werner, Houston Nutt, and Archie Manning during his time in Oxford.

James Madison (FCS - VA): Sources tell FootballScoop that The Citadel (FCS) head coach Mike Houston has been offered and is expected to accept the head coaching position at JMU. Houston served as the head coach at Lenoir-Rhyne (D-II - NC) for three seasons, going 7-3 in 2011, 9-3 in 2012, and 13-2 in 2013 before moving on to The Citadel where he put together a 9-4 season and FCS playoff appearance in year two leading the program

Tennessee Titans: Offensive line coach Bob Bostad will not have his contract renewed according to Jenna Laine of 1040 the Team in Tampa.

Washington State: Western Kentucky wide receivers coach / special teams coordinator JaMarcus Shephard will coach the inside receivers on Mike Leach's staff, per SI.

Benedictine (D-III - IL): FootballScoop has learned that Wheaton College (D-III - IL) offensive coordinator Josiah Sears will be the new head coach at Benedictine. The school has now announced the hire.

Tampa Bay Bucs: George Warhop will return as offensive line coach and Butch Barry will also return as assistant offensive line coach, per Greg Auman.

Arizona: Arizona has formally announced Marcel Yates' hiring as defensive coordinator.

UTSA: The Roadrunners' remaining staff save for wide receivers coach Tony Jeffrey will not be retained according to Mike Craven of UTSA's Rivals site.

Boise State: Andy Avalos has been promoted to defensive coordinator.

UVa-Wise (D-II): Head coach Dane Damron has formally announced the appointment of Klay Koester as offensive coordinator, Shap Boyd as defensive coordinator, Mike Compton as offensive line coach, Joey Fitzgerald as wide receivers coach, Wes McDermott as inside linebackers coach, Nick Rosser as outside linebackers coach and Phil Robbins as chief of staff.

Detroit Lions: As expected, the Lions are promoting interim offensive coordinator Jim Bob Cooter to the full-time offensive coordinator spot, per Ian Rapoport.

Tennessee Titans: The Titans have hired Terry Robiskie as their offensive coordinator according to multiple outlets. Robiskie coached the receivers for the Atlanta Falcons last season. Ian Rapoport says that former offensive coordinator Jason Michael will move to quarterbacks coach.

Marshall: Sources tell FootballScoop the running backs position at Marshall is open.

Sacramento State (FCS): Per source, head coach Jody Sears already has a plan to fill his open offensive line position.

Wayne State College (NE): Garden City CC (KS) outside linebackers coach Ryan Busz has accepted the graduate assistant job, per source.

New York Giants: Adam Schefter is reporting that defensive coordinator Steve Spagnuolo is expected to remain with the Giants despite heavy interest from the Eagles.

Jones County (JC - MS): Southern Miss director of football operations John Carr has been hired as assistant head coach / wide receivers coach at Jones County JC, per Jason Munz.

Sam Houson State: Co-defensive coordinator/linebackers coach Brad Sherrod has been promoted to defensive coordinator according to the Huntsville Item.

Arkansas State: Per source, offensive line coach Darren Hiller has accepted another position and will no longer be the offensive line coach at Arkansas State.

Arizona: New defensive coordinator Marcel Yates has a two-year contract with a $500,000 annual salary, according to FootballScoop sources. The $500,000 salary is an increase of about $170,000 from what Yates was making at Boise State.

Here's a look at some of the top open jobs at the FBS level

New York Giants: The Giants are not retaining defensive line coach Robert Nunn, who has been with the organization since 2010, per Alex Marvez. Marvez notes that Nunn will interview for the Titans defensive line position.

San Francisco 49ers: Alex Marvez notes that there is a "strong possibility" that Eric Mangini will be Chip Kelly's deensive coordinator with the Niners.

Jamestown (NAIA - ND): New head coach Josh Kittell has filled out his staff, according to the Jamestown Sun, including retaining Jason Challeen, Dan Smith and Travis Thomas and hiring Joey Blackmore, Carlton Littlejohn and Andrew Shirek.

Sacramento State (FCS): Per source, offensive line coach Bill Laveroni is retiring.

Georgia: Per source, Central Arkansas tackles / tight ends coach DJ Looney has joined the staff at Georgia.

Chattanooga: Chattanooga Christian School (TN) head coach Rob Spence will join the staff as wide receivers coach according to the Chattanooga Times Free Press. Spence previously coached at Rutgers, Clemson, Syracuse, Temple, Toledo, Maryland and Louisiana Tech, among others.

Western Illinois: Former Eastern Kentucky (FCS) linebacker coach Garry Fisher has joined the Western Illinois staff in the same capacity.

Tennessee: Former Western Kentucky offensive lineman and Eastern Kentucky intern Cameron Clemmons has accepted a grad assistant job at Tennessee, per source.

Penn State: Former Illinois defensive coordinator Tim Banks has been announced as the co-defensive coordinator / safeties coach.

Atlanta Falcons: Per the AJC, director of player personnel Lionel Vital will not return after three years with the organization.

Southern Miss: Athletic director Bill McGillis notes in the Hattiesburg American that a contract extension for head coach Todd Monken is in the works and "will come together soon". Monken took over an 0-12 team and posted a 1-11 mark in 2013, a 3-9 record in 2014, and this season he led the program to an impressive 9-5 mark.

Concord (D-II - WV): Head coach Paul Price has elevated defensive line coach Pat Dawson to assistant head coach / defensive coordinator, per source.

Jacksonville Jaguars: Jim Schwartz has interviewed for the defensive coordinator job, per Alex Marvez.

Tennessee Titans: Per Adam Schefter, defensive coordinator Ray Horton continues to talk with the Titans organization about staying on board. Cleveland has also expressed interest in Horton as well.

Robert Morris (FCS - PA): Mike Miller has been hired as offensive coordinator. Miller, who has 13 years of experience at the NFL level, most recently coached with the Arizona Cardinals where he served as the WRs coach (2007-08), passing game coordinator (2009-10), and offensive coordinator (2011-12).

Coe College (D-III - IA): Per source,Kansas Wesleyan (NAIA) graduate assistant Myers Hendrickson will be the new offensive coordinator for the Cohawks.
