Arizona State: Assistant head coach / offensive line coach Chris Thomsen has received a $100,000 pay bump, taking his annual base salary to $440,000 according to AZCentral.com.

New England Patriots: According to a report from Ian Rapoport, the Patriots are parting ways with offensive line coach Dave DeGuglielmo.

BYU: Steve Clark has now been announced as tight ends coach. and former BYU defensive tackle Russell Tialavea has been named DFO.

Cleveland Browns: The Browns are adding former NFL running back Rock Cartwright to their coaching staff, per Adam Caplan. Cartwright was an eight-year NFL veteran and spent training camp last year working with the Steelers as an intern.

Southern Miss: Southern Miss has engaged in significant discussions with former offensive coordinator Chip Lindsey about returning as head coach sources tell FootballScoop. Lindsey, sources tell FootballScoop, is weighing the option including considering the ramifications of the timing of accepting the opportunity. There is a possibility, we hear, of this lingering a bit longer than expected but will be pressure to make it happen. Stay tuned....

Tampa Bay Bucs: Andrew Weidinger, who worked in an offensive quality control role, has been promoted to assistant wide receivers coach / game management and the team has officially announced the addition of Brett Maxie as defensive backs coach. Also, offensive line coach George Warhop has added the title of run game coordinator.

LA Rams: The Rams have Mike Groh as wide receivers coach and pass game coordinator . Groh spent the past four seasons with the Chicago Bears coaching the receivers.

Minnesota Vikings: Pat Shurmur will coach the tight ends in Minnesota and Kevin Stefanski will handle the running backs.

Nebraska: Chase Haslett, the son of Jim Haslett, has joined the Nebraska staff as an offensive quality control coach, per source.

Atlanta Falcons: Jerome Henderson has been announced as defensive pass game coordinator and Raheem Morris (who served as defensive pass game coordinator last year) has moved to assistant head coach / wide receivers coach.

Miami Dolphins: The Dolphins have announced Adam Gase's full staff. Additions to the staff are as follows; Danny Barrett (RBs), Ben Johnson (assistant WRs), Chris Kuper (offensive QC), Loui Anarumo (DBs), Terrell Williams (DL), Charlue Bullen (assistant LBs), Rusty McKinney (defensive QC), Darren Rizzi (assistant HC / ST), Marwan Maalouf (assistant ST), Clyde Christensen (OC), Vance Joseph (DC), Bo Hardegree (QBs), Shawn Jefferson (WRs), Shane Day (TEs), Chris Foerster (OL), Matt Burke (LBs), Jeremiah Washburn (assistant OL), Dave Puloka (head S&C), Jim Arthur and Ted Rath (assistant S&C), Ken O'Keefe (senior football research analyst), and Blue Adams (research analyst).

Northern Colorado (FCS): Per source, James Jones has accepted the defensive coordinator job.

St. Norbert (D-III - WI): St. Norbert College is seeking a defensive coordinator. This is a full-time, year-round position. Duties include: coordinating the defense, coaching a position, recruiting, teaching activity courses in physical education, assisting the head coach in all phases of the program, and additional duties as assigned. A Bachelor’s degree is required, Master’s preferred. Carolina Panthers: Former Tampa Bay Bucs receiver Mark Carrier has joined the staff as director of player engagement.

Allegheny (D-III - PA): Allegheny College is currently seeking applicants for a defensive assistant football coach. This is a full-time position that includes basic medical coverage and a competitive salary. Bachelor's degree is required, Master's degree is preferred. Event management and summer facility responsibilities will be assigned by the athletic director. Chowan (D-II - NC): Chowan is looking to hire an assistant coach (defensive line). This is a full-time (12-month) position that will report to the head coach and will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of the University’s intercollegiate football program. The selected individual will assist with all aspects of game and practice preparations, evaluate personnel as well as mentor and monitor the student-athletes progress on and off-the-field; and, follow all rules and guidelines set forth by the NCAA Division II, the CIAA, and Chowan University. The selected individual will be held accountable to recruit and retain quality student-athletes for the University and the football program and perform other duties as assigned by the Head Football Coach. Preferences include collegiate coaching experience (or other significant coaching experiences) working with the defensive line, experience recruiting Southeastern states as well as video breakdown, analysis and editing with Hudl. Salary range is low to mid $30s with benefits and retirement. Start date will be as soon as possible. Bachelor degree required, Masters preferred. Cleveland Browns: Per source, Ryan Slowik, formerly of the New York Jets, has been hired to coach the linebackers in Cleveland. Slowik has been in the NFL for 11 seasons, and spent last season as an assistant defensive line coach with the Jets.

Carthage (D-III - WI): Carthage College is seeking applicants for a graduate assistant coach. The position includes a $5,000 stipend and free graduate school. Room and board is not included. Tampa Bay Bucs: According to the Tampa Bay Times, Vanderbilt defensive backs coach Brett Maxie is joining the Bucs staff as defensive backs coach. Maxie spent the past two seasons with Derek Mason at Vandy, but spent the previous 16 years with the Titans, Cowboys, Dolphins, Falcons, 49ers, and Panthers as an assistant.
