Oregon: As we told you on Friday, Mark Helfrich has now announced former Duke receviers coach Matt Lubick as receivers / passing game coordinator. 

Chicago Bears: Several outlets are reporting, and we can confirm, that Tim Tibesar is joining the Bears staff coaching the linebackers. 

Detroit Lions: The Lions announced today that they have hired Brian Xanders in a senior personnel role. 

Pittsburgh Steelers: The Redskins gave permission for special teams coordinator Danny Smith to interview with the Steelers. 

Cumberland University (NAIA - TN): With head coach Dewayne Alexander leaving for Tennessee Tech (see post from earlier in the day), defensive coordinator Donnie Suber has been promoted to head coach. 

Delta State: Sources tell us UT Martin defensive coordinator Jeff Byrd has decided to remain at Martin and will not be joining Todd Cooley's staff at Delta State. 

Lake Forest College (D-III - IL): Sources tell us Mike Arthur (Virginia State) is the new offensive coordinator at Lake Forest. 

New Orleans Saints: General manager Mickey Loomis recently signed a five year extension (through the 2017 season) Saints vice chairman Rita Benson LeBlanc told USA Today

Montana Tech (NAIA): Montana Tech is looking for a football intern with an offensive background. Coaching duties include assisting with practices, games, recruiting, camps, equipment, video and all aspects of the program. Compensation will include stipend and housing options. Candidate review begins immediately and continues until filled. Western New Mexico (D-II):Western New Mexico University has an open date on September 14, 2013 it is looking to fill. WNMU needs a home game will offer a modest guarantee. New Mexico State: Former Wisconsin offensive line coach Bart Miller has been named offensive line coach at New Mexico State. Miller played his college ball at the University of New Mexico.

Detroit Lions: Brian Xanders has been hired as senior personnel executive.

Chicago Bears: After announcing his retirement as a player over the weekend, Chris Harris will reportedly join the Bears staff as a defensive quality control coach.

Buffalo Bills: The Bills have announced the hiring of Danny Crossman as special teams coordinator. Crossman spent the past few seasons with the Detroit Lions in the same capacity.

Jacksonville Jaguars: Gus Bradley has formally announced a couple members of his staff, to recap; Luke Butkus (assistant offensive line), Tony Sorrentino (offensive quality control), Tom Myslinksi (strength and conditioning), Josh Hingst (assistant strength and conditioning), Brandon Blaney (defensive assistant. Myslinksi, Hingst and Blaney were all members of the previous staff that have been retained.

Tennessee Tech (FCS): Sources tell us that Cumberland University (NAIA - TN) head coach Dewayne Alexander will join the staff at Tennessee Tech as offensive line coach. 

Jacksonville Jaguars: The Jags have hired Seattle Seahawks defensive line coach Todd Wash to coach the defensive line.

Derek Dooley: Jimmy Hyams reported this AM that Dooley told him that he hasn't yet been offered the receivers job with the Cowboys. 

Gardner-Webb (FCS - NC): Sources tell us new head coach Carroll McCray will bring most, if not all, of his current staff at North Greenville (D-II - SC) with him to Gardner-Webb. We hear offensive coordinator / offensive line coach Kenny Ray is being considered for the head job at North Greenville. 

Southern University (FCS - LA): Sources tell us former Chowan head coach Lorick Atkinson has accepted a position on the staff at Southern. Atkinson will likely work with the linebackers and may have additional duties we hear. 

Western Michigan: PJ Fleck has announced the hiring of Northwestern offensive grad assistant John "Kuz" Kuceyeski (former GA of the Day) as director of player personnel. 

Marshall: Former Georgia State defensive coordinator Anthony Midget has now officially been announced as a member of the staff. 

Marietta College (D-III - OH): Sources tell us former Methodist University (D-III - NC) corners coach Greg Harbaugh has accepted the quarterbacks / passing game coordinator job at Marietta. 

Bowling Green: Dave Clawson has agreed to a contract extension through the 2018 season.

Syracuse: Former Kansas City Chiefs assistant offensive line coach Pat Perles has accepted the offensive line job at Syracuse. 

South Alabama: Murray State defensive line coach Freddie Roach has joined the South Alabama staff. He and Brian Turner will coach the defensive line.
