Wofford (FCS - SC): Head coach Mike Ayers announced early today that Philip Pigott has joined the staff as safeties coach. Pigott was the safeties coach at Charleston Southern (FCS - SC) this past season.

Assumption College (D-II - MA): An NCAA Division 2 institution and a member of the highly competitive Northeast 10 Conference (NE-10), Assumption College has an immediate opening on staff. This is a 12 month, $7,500 position with meals and the ability to earn some credits toward a Master’s Degree. NO housing and NO benefits. Qualifications: successful playing and/or coaching experience, strong professional/interpersonal communication skills, and organizational efficiency. Responsibilities: assisting the head coach in all facets of the program, including coaching a position (Strong Safeties), recruiting own territory, organization and planning of all practices, game preparation, film responsibilities (HUDL), and monitoring the academic progress of student athletes. Dakota State (NAIA - SD): Dakota State University is taking applications for a Football Graduate Assistant Coach. Primary responsibilities include coaching a position group, recruiting and other duties as assigned. Bachelor’s degree and admission to Dakota State University’s Master of Education Technology graduate program is required. This program is ranked in the Top 3 in the Nation. Any applicants must have a minimum of a 3.25 undergraduate GPA and must take the GRE. There is 2/3 Tuition assistance for graduate school and a $12,000 stipend for the year. Northern Colorado (FCS): Sources tell us Tulsa grad assistant Zak Bigelow will join the Northern Colorado staff as director of football operations. No slots are open at Tulsa at this time. 

Lyon College (NAIA - AR): Kirk Kelley, who served as Lyon College's athletic director and head baseball coach from 1992-2009, will return to the school as its head football coach. The Scots are relaunching their football program beginning in 2015 after disbanding football in 1951. 

Mount Ida College (D-III - MA): Mount Ida College in Newton, MA seeks applications for the position of Running Backs Coach for the upcoming season. This is a seasonal position paying $3,000. There are no housing or other benefits for this position, so applicants should live in the Boston area. Past experience playing or coaching is required. Tennessee State (FCS): Sources tell us that Miles College running backs coach Larry Williams has joined the Tennessee State staff in the same capacity. 

Livingstone College (D-II - NC): Daryl Williams has promoted defensive backs coach Rodney Hughey to defensive coordinator and he has hired Brian White (offensive line - most recently at Texas Southern) and Rodney Simmons (defensive line - most recently at Morehouse).
