Minot State (D-II - ND): Minot State is looking to hire an offensive graduate assistant. Previous collegiate experience coaching or playing is preferred. The job includes coaching a position, recruiting, use of digital editing system, and other administrative duties as assigned by the head coach and/or coordinator. The position will begin August 1st. Compensation includes a stipend and full tuition to Minot State’s graduate school. Candidates must apply and be accepted into the graduate school to be considered. West Virginia Wesleyan (D-II): West Virginia Wesleyan is looking to hire a full-time defensive line coach. This is a full time (10 month) position with benefits. Salary is $20,000. Responsibilities include coaching and managing the defensive line, recruiting assigned area and other duties assigned. Texas: Longtime SID John Bianco is leaving to "pursue other interests", per Brian Davis. Texas will also be creating a new Chief Communications Office position, which will be tabbed with hiring a new football SID.

Catholic University of America (D-III - Washington, DC): The Catholic University of America is looking to hire a couple of volunteer assistant coaches to work part-time on both the offensive and defensive sides of the ball. These are unpaid positions – there is no housing, meals or stipend provided. Coaching experience and/or college playing experience is preferred but not required. Practices begin on or about August 16, and during the season Catholic University practices Tuesday-Thursday, early in the morning. These positions are ideally suited for young coaches in the DC/MD/NOVA area looking to crack into college coaching, or more experienced coaches living in the DC area (such as former HS coaches) who might now be looking for an opportunity to coach college football. Specific responsibilities will be dependent on the candidates’ background and experience and will be outlined at the time of hiring. Kings College (D-III - PA): King’s College has a restricted earnings position available. This is a 10 month position starting August 1st, which includes coaching own position (defensive backs), your own recruiting area, film breakdown, and other duties assigned by defensive coordinator and head coach. Only those with experience playing or coaching DBs will be considered. Stipend is $9,000 and includes some meals. Housing is not included. Louisiana College (D-III): Sam Houston State football operations coordinator Jonathan Small has accepted an associate AD position.

Miami: Last week we noted that former Hurricane, and Fordham offensive line coach Joel Rodriguez was joining the staff in an off the field role, the Miami Herald is now reporting that his role will be director of player development.

Coaching Internship Responsibilities

Provide support to retired NFL coaches during each consultation including:

  • Constant communication with the ProCoach throughout the analysis via email, phone, go-to-meeting.
  • Gather/edit film (Hudl).
  • Recognize and utilize applicable statistics.
  • Write articles summarizing analysis.
  • Create charts and graphs that support the analysis.

Qualified coaching interns must meet the following qualifications:

  • Playing/coaching experience at a four year accredited college or university.
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Hudl and Excel.
  • Strong passion for learning how to coach from the best in the game.

Football Administration Internship Responsibilities

Provide direct logistical and technical support to the President of ProCoach.Network including:

  • Managing an extensive database of clients and ProCoaches.
  • Coordinating ProCoach consultation schedules.
  • Develop strategies for securing new clients.
  • Procuring payment for each consultation.
  • Pro Football Focus and HUDL flow coordination.

Qualified administration interns must meet the following qualifications:

  • 0 GPA or higher in a business administration management major (or similar major).
  • Well organized and detail-oriented.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in database management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Capable of multitasking efficiently.
