Faulkner (NAIA - AL): Assistant head coach Charlie Boren has been promoted to head coach, the school announced today. 

TCU: The Horned Frogs have hired former TCU and NFL player Zarnell Fitch as director of high school relations.

William Penn (NAIA - IA): William Penn University in Oskaloosa, IA has two defensive graduate assistant coaching positions open for the 2014 football season. Each includes $4,000 stipend, housing, and tuition wavier. Must be accepted into Master’s program in Business Leadership (Min 3.0 GPA). Howard Payne (D-III - TX): Howard Payne is now seeking applicants for an offensive assistant, preferably offensive line. The University is seeking the best coach/best fit and can adjust position responsibilities accordingly. Position will start July 1st. A Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s degree preferred. Southwest Minnesota State (D-II - MN): Southwest Minnesota State University has one offensive and one defensive intern opening for the 2014 football season. This would be a great entry level position that would provide an opportunity to work at the collegiate level. These are non-paid positions (no housing/some meals). Kentucky Wesleyan (D-II - KY): We hear the offensive line job is open.

Franklin and Marshall (D-III - PA): Former Widener (D-III - PA) defensive coordinator Mark Fetterman is the new defensive coordinator at Franklin and Marshall.

Texas State: Per source, Penn State director of player development Anthony Crespino will be the new director of football operations at Texas State. Prior to coming to Penn State, Crespino was the DFO at Western Michigan.
