San Diego Chargers: According to Jim Trotter, the Chargers have promoted executive VP / CEO A.G. Spanos has been promoted to president of business operations and executive VP of football operations.

Foothill College (CC - CA): Eric Thomason has been hired as offensive line coach at Foothill College. Thomason spent four seasons with the San Jose State staff and in 2014 coached the tight ends as a graduate assistant.

Bethany (D-III - WV): Per source, Brevard College (D-II - NC) defensive coordinator Joe Battaglia has resigned to accept the same position at Bethany College.

Moravian (D-III - PA): Moravian is no longer accepting applicants for their offensive intern position. Thank you for the overwhelming response.

Delta State: Per source, former Southern Arkansas offensive grad assistant Tyler Hasty has accepted a position on the defensive staff at Delta State.

Davenport (NAIA - MI): Davenport is seeking qualified applicants for an assistant football coach working with the wide receivers and video coordinator. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, a valid driver’s license, and playing experience/coaching experience at the collegiate level. Preference will be given to applicants with experience coaching or playing wide receiver and also those with experience coaching Special Teams. Strong communication skills and ability to recruit high academic and quality student-athletes is a must. Experience with Hudl digital editing system is a MUST. Prospective applicant’s responsibilities would include administrative duties in game week organization and preparation, video breakdown of games and practices, opponent scout, and creating tendency reports. Will have own on-field coaching responsibilities and recruiting area. This position has a starting date of July 1, 2015. This is a 12 Month Position. Manchester (D-III - IN): Manchester University is looking to hire a defensive coach for the 2016 season. This is a full-time position at an entry level salary. Feather River (CC - CA): Feather River CC is looking to hire two assistant football coaches. One position is Quarterbacks Coach with preference give to those with spread offense experience. The other is a Defensive Line or Linebackers Coach with possible coordinating responsibilities to the right candidate. Duties may include assisting in football operations, recruiting, academic monitoring, practice organization, video editing, and other team related activities. Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience or the equivalent is required for the coaching stipend of $9,500 paid over 10-months.
