USC: Offensive grad assistant / tight ends coach Keary Colbert is leaving the staff to return to the NFL.

Tiffin University is accepting applications for a defensive graduate assistant position. The position pays a stipend of $5,000, tuition, and housing. Duties include coaching a position, instructing positional meetings and drills, recruiting your own territory, and any other duties assigned by the head coach. Cleveland Browns: Former UCLA defensive coordinator Chuck Bullough has accepted the defensive assistant position with the Cleveland Browns. Keith Gilbertson has been hired as a senior assistant - offense. Gilbertson served last season as the Browns' director of pro personnel. Former San Francisco 49ers offensive assistant Chris Beake has been hired as an offensive assistant. Ray Rhodes has been hired as senior assistant - defense. South Dakota State linebackers coach Shawn Mennenga accepted the special teams assistant positon.

Elon University: Head coach Jason Swepson has hired Virginia offensive grad assistant / offensive line coach Ron Mattes to coach the offensive line. Ed Pinkham is also joining the staff as defensive coordinator. Pinkham coached served as the co-defensive coordinator / defensive backs coach at Rutgers last season.

Stony Brook: We have learned that Rhode Island defensive coordinator / defensive line coach Rob Neviaser has accepted the defensive coordinator job at Stony Brook.

Morehead HS (NC): Former Kent State head coach Doug Martin has accepted the head coaching job at Morehead HS in North Carolina.

Baltimore Ravens: John Harbaugh has agreed to a new contract through 2014 that will pay him roughly $4 million annually.

NC State: We are hearing tight ends coach Jim Bridge and offensive line coach Dan Horton may flip positions.

Virginia Tech: We have learned that South Carolina special teams coordinator / recruiting coordinator Shane Beamer has accepted a position at Virginia Tech. Our sources tell us Beamer will coach the running backs at Virginia Tech.

Oakland Raiders: Rod Woodson has accepted the defensive backs job with the Oakland Raiders. Woodson has been serving as an analyst for the NFL Network.

University of Dubuque: Our sources tell us that Wabash College (IN) wide receivers coach Eugene "Willy" Will accepted the defensive backs job at University of Dubuque.

Oklahoma State: We hear the grad assistant and quality control positions at Oklahoma State have been filled.

Saskatchewan Rough Riders: Former Edmonton Eskimos defensive line coach Mike Walker accepted the defensive line job. Gary Etcheverry has been hired as a defensive assistants.

University of South Dakota: Our sources tell us the Coffeyville CC wide receivers coach Kelton Copeland has interviewed for the defensive backs job at South Dakota.

Texas: In an interesting development, Arizona defensive backs coach Duane Akina has decided to return to Texas as defensive backs coach.

Mississippi College: We hear Bryant University defensive coordinator / defensive backs coach Chad Walker has accepted the defensive coordinator job at Mississippi College.

North Dakota: We hear Carthage College quarterbacks coach / grad assistant Danny Freund accepted the running backs job at North Dakota.

High School Scoop: There were nearly 100 head coaching changeslast week.

New Mexico: Quarterbacks coach / passing game coordinator David Reaves has been promoted to offensive coordinator. Also, former Illinois special teams coordinator Mike Woodford has joined the staff as defensive backs coach. Dunbar Senior HS (DC) head coach Craig Jefferies will coach the wide receivers.

Carthage College: Former Indiana linebackers coach Mike Yeagar accepted the defensive coordinator position at Carthage College.
