Nicholls State: Fairmont State special teams coordinator Ricky Brumfield has accepted the special teams coordinator / safeties job at Nicholls State.

Gavillian College: Our sources tell us Merced College special teams coordinator / outside linebackers / safeties coach Rob Cozart accepted the defensive coordinator / associate head coach position at Gavillian College.

University of LaVerne: We have learned that Millikin defensive coordinator Chris Krich has accepted the head coaching job.

Claremont-Mudd-Scripts: Former University of Chicago defensive coordinator Kyle Sweeney accepted the head coaching job.

Bethune-Cookman: Our sources tell us that Kansas on campus recruiting coordinator Joe Dailey has accepted a position on the staff at Bethune-Cookman.

Purdue: We have confirmed that Illinois State defensive backs coach Phil Elmassian has accepted the linebackers job at Purdue.

Murray State: Our sources tell us that Tulane defensive quality control Chris Burnette has accepted the safeties job at Murray State.

UAB: Our sources tell us that UAB strength grad assistant Adam Hollifield will move into the offensive grad assistant position.

Charlotte: We have learned that Wake Forest defensive coordinator / safeties coach Brad Lambert will be named head coach at Charlotte, who will begin playing football in 2013.

Central State: Sources tell us that former NFL player Chad Eaton has been offered the defensive line job at Central State.

Millikin University (IL): Our sources tell us head coach Doug Neibuhr has resigned.

Florida: Offensive coordinator Charlie Weis received a $100,000 signing bonus. He will earn $765,000 next season and $865,000 in 2012 and 2013. Defensive coordinator / defensive line coach Dan Quinn will earn $490,000 in 2011 and $510,000 in 2012. Offensive line / run game coordinator Frank Verducci ($290,000) and defensive line coach Bryant Young ($230,000) received 2-year contracts. Running backs coach Brian White will earn $240,000 and special teams coordinator / linebackers coach DJ Durkin will earn $265,000. Defensive backs coach Travaris Robinson ($230,000), wide receivers / recruiting coordinator Aubrey Hill ($230,000), and tight ends coach Derek Lewis ($190,000) round out the staff.
