Tennessee Titans: There is a report that Tennessee Titans head coach Mike Munchak is interested in hiring Texas defensive backs coach Jerry Gray as defensive coordinator.

North Dakota State: Concordia University running backs coach Tyler Roehl has accepted the offensive grad assistant job at North Dakota State. Roehl will work with the tailbacks.

The College at Brockport State University of New York: (D III, NJAC) has an imediate opening for a Defensive Coordinator. This is a full time position. Maryland: Former Clemson running backs coach / special teams coordinator Andre Powell accepted the running backs job at Maryland.

UAB: We hear Wyoming DFO Rick Mallory accepted the offensive line job at UAB.

Temple: As we reported nearly a month ago, Marshall defensive line coach Sean Cronin has now officially accepted the defensive line job at Temple.

Air Force: Our sources tell us that Furman offensive coordinator Des Kitchings has accepted the running backs / run game coordinator job at Air Force. Kitchings coached the running backs at Vandy this past season. He was promoted to offensive coordinator in the middle of the season.

Oregon: We are hearing wide receivers coach Scott Frost has decided to remain with the Ducks, despite the opportunity to return to his alma mater, Nebraska.

Philadelphia Eagles: Assistant linebackers coach Mike Caldwell has been promoted to linebackers coach. Defensive quality control Mike Zordich has been promoted to safeties coach.

Maryland: Our sources tell us former Miami (FL) head coach Randy Shannon will interview for the Maryland defensive coordinator job.

Tennessee Titans: Mike Munchak has been named head coach.

Louisville: It will be interesting to see if Charlie Strong talks with former Florida quarterbacks coach Scott Loeffler. Current offensive coordinator Mike Sanford, who coaches the tight ends, has coached quarterbacks in the past.

Alabama: We hear Louisville quarterbacks coach Mike Groh has accepted the wide receivers / recruiting coordinator job at Alabama.

Montreal Alouetes: We hear UCLA defensive grad assistant Daronte' Jones has accepted a position with Montreal. Jones worked with the corners at UCLA.

Alcorn State: Former Grambling defensive coordinator Michael Roach has accepted the defensive coordinator position under Melvin Spears at Alcorn State.

Maryland: We hear Kevin Lempa is now a candidate for the Maryland defensive coordinator position. Lempa coached the defensive backs for the Terps this past season, but was not retained by new head coach Randy Edsall. With Don Brown's recent departure to UCONN, we hear Edsall is now considering Lempa for the defensive coordinator position. Our sources tell us that Edsall once offered the UCONN defensive coordinator position to Lempa years ago.

New Orleans Saints: The organization has released a statement that Sean Payton will not be going to Dallas.

University of Wisconsin-La Crosse: Wartburg College defensive coordinator Joel Dettwiler accepted the head coaching job at UW-La Crosse.

Indiana: Kevin Wilson has hired ULM corners coach Brandon Shelby for the same position.

Bethany College (NAIA, KS): Defense (DB or LB) Graduate Assistant Football Coach/Video Coordinator (DSV) Located in Lindsborg, KS. Position pays a stipend of $6,000 plus housing. Candidate must be enrolled at least part-time in a graduate program. Responsibilities will include coaching your own position/Supervising weight room/Video editing/Recruiting/Other duties assigned by the Head Football Coach and/or Athletic Director Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, collegiate playing experience and/or coaching experience, excellent communication and leadership skills.
