Northwestern: Our sources tell us former Indiana running backs coach Dennis Springer talked with Pat Fitzgerald.

Carolina Panthers: San Diego Chargers tight ends coach Rob Chudzinski accepted the offensive coordinator position.

Oakland Raiders: Hue Jackson has been promoted to head coach.

Furman: We hear Clemson grad assistant Justin Stepp interviewed for the wide receivers job at Furman.

Carolina Panthers: Brian Murphy has been hired as special teams coordinator. As we previously reported, Ron Meeks will stay on as defensive backs coach and Sam Mills III will serve as assistant defensive line coach. We are also hearing that former Philadelphia Eagles defensive coordinator Sean McDermott will be named the defensive coordinator. 

Texas: Seattle Seahawks defensive backs coach Jerry Gray has been hired as assistant head coach / defensive backs coach. 

Denver Broncos: John Fox has made several hires including Clancy Barone (tight ends), Brian Callahan (offensive quality control), Wayne Nunnely (defensive line), Jay Rodgers (defensive quality control), Eric Studesville (running backs), and Tyke Tolbert (wide receivers).

Presentation College: We have learned that Illinois College defensive line coach Levi Bullerman accepted the linebackers job at Presentation College.

UL-Lafayette: Our sources tell us that head coach Mark Hudspeth has interviewed several candidates including Arkansas-Pine Bluff assistant Jerry Mack and former Kentucky State coach Fred Farrior for the wide receivers job.

Akron: Head coach Rob Ianello has hired Tony Bouie as defensive grad assistant.

Miami Dolphins: Cleveland Browns offensive coordinator Brian Daboll accepted the offensive coordinator position with the Dolphins.

Western Carolina: Our sources tell us former Western Carolina player Chris Collins accepted the defensive intern position.

Denver Broncos: We hear Carolina Panthers offensive line coach Dave Magazu accepted the offensive line job in Denver.

Wyoming: We hear Iowa administrative assistant LaVar Woods has talked with Dave Christensen about the defensive line job.
