Northern Illinois: We hear former Youngstown State assistant Ross Watson has accepted a defensive coaching position at NIU.

Adams State (D-II - CO): Per source, former Tulsa quarterbacks coach Josh Blankenship is headed to Adams State.

Georgia: Per source, McNeese State offensive line coach Rob Sale will be the next offensive line coach at Georgia. Sale and Georgia DC Jeremy Pruitt developed a very good relationship while both were at Alabama. Sale was a candidate last year at LSU and at LA Tech this year.

Pittsburgh Steelers: The Steelers and longtime defensive coordinator Dick LeBeau have parted ways. "Time to go in a different direction," LeBeau said.

Troy: Idaho defensive line coach Bam Hardmon will join the staff at Troy in the same capacity, per source.

Congrats to North Dakota State, first-ever Division I team to four-peat. And they did it in dramatic fashion.

Monterey Peninsula College (CC - CA): Monterey Peninsula College is looking for a defensive assistant coach. Position area is flexible. Bachelors degree and minimum 3 years of coaching experience required. Annual stipend is approximately $10,000. Michigan: Former USC special teams coordinator John Baxter is joining the staff at Michigan in the same capacity. 247 has reported the same and we can confirm.

Texas State: Per source, Idaho defensive backs coach Ashley Ambrose will join the Texas State staff coaching the corners.

Defensive line coach Santos Carrillo has added an assistant head coach title, offensive tackles/tight ends coach Gordon Steele has been promoted to offensive line coach/run game coordinator, and DFO Steve Adams has been promoted to director of recruiting and player personnel.
