Miami Dolphins: The Dolphins have parted ways with GM Dennis Hickey.

Memphis: Mike Norvell is adding Utah State safeties coach Joe Lorig as special teams coordinator / outside linebackers coach and Fresno State secondary coach Marcus Woodson to coach the corners, per SI.

San Diego Chargers: The San Diego Union-Tribune is reporting that the Chargers are expected to keep head coach Mike McCoy, although a final decision isn't expected until after the season finale tomorrow. Coach McCoy is in his third season leading the franchise and the Chargers have lost seven straight games within the division and are sitting at 4-11. McCoy is under contract through 2016.

Virginia Tech: Memphis defensive coordinator Galen Scott will join the Virginia Tech staff per source.

Miami: Mark Richt has hired Mississippi State defensive coordinator Manny Diaz in the same capacity.

Western Illinois: WIU has now announced Charlie Fisher as their new head coach.
